Zero star, I am very disappointed and very helpless, on March 13 I went to the ATM that I had always used a card from the Banco Estado de Chile to withdraw 400 dollars that the ATM never gave me, I called the number that appears there to do a report, but no one even inside gave me a solution, in my account the transaction appears as completed and they deducted that money, how can you not see a system to see that the bank shamelessly kept my money, everyone washed their hands and more On top of that, they shamelessly tell me to complain to my bank because it's a foreign card, what a damn... this bank is. They tell me to give my card because it is lost or stolen so that my bank can return the money to me but that is not the case because that was not the case. I do not recommend this bank, they rob you in your face, knowing how many people don't read the same thing has happened.

My issue is twofold with the corporation, the bank:1.BoA is one of the Big 4 that finds billions of dollars into fossil fuels-"so what?!" You might say...Well, they pledged go green, reduce emissions, all pro environment... so that's one BIG issue!The other issue is with the legal department making it really difficult for my sick bff to have her daughter safeguarded against being homeless. We attempted 4 times to get the POA approved. 4 times it came back for some nonsensical reason- an oversight by the legal department (and/or Alyssa?)...My bff from hs is bedridden, unable to get to the bank. We hired a mobile notary...It looks like her daughter will be motherless AND homeless - Bank of America has to answer for this travesty!There was NO reason nor should it have been so difficult![Pictures withheld]

I've been with Bank of America over 20 years. The best bank on the planet Teresa Paul. The whole staff unbelievable magnificent highly recommended. I don't like Bank of America. I love Bank of America. Thank you so much. Have a wonderful holiday.

The service is terrible, there is a lack of staff, only two cashiers and a line of more than 10 people that increases every few minutes. Users need changes to improve the service.

Coming today to use the ATM was a very bad experience. I deposited money and it doesn't appear in my account. Now I have to wait for them to investigate what happened.

This branch used to be good. I've been coming to this branch for 20 years but now if could give it 0 stars I would. It's changed and the new workers know nothing about customer service and they never care about your time, they are no help to me, they are always sarcastic. Recently evertime I step into this bank to speak to one of the waokers about my transaction its just pure aggravation. I'm never going back there. I'm going to try a different branch. If it's the same as this one I will leave Bank of America.

Amazing Experience. Came in and was welcomed warmly. Was able to get my withdrawal although I had lost my debit card. Widlene the Senior banker was so clear and friendly with providing all the further information I needed. Grateful!

I’ve come in and have gotten change multiple times without having an account and have had no issues. Today after waiting in line for 20 min I was told that I’d have to have an account. Initially the rep said it was because the amount I needed was too much but if it were lower then it would be acceptable. So I asked if I could change the smaller amount and then said no I’d still have to have an account. Unfortunately she is unsure of her own policy and refused service to me that I’ve been getting for months. Terrible service!

I have a business account with Bank of America. They will hold my checks for 12 days. Every time I ask, I get a different excuse on why the funds aren’t available. Bank staff aren’t able to give me an adequate answer. I’ve called customer service and that’s even worst. I will just move to Chase !

Richard Graham- says you can't open a business account without a green card ??but LLS is already open, and the business account is also ?♀️?♀️?♀️... and you just had to add 1 more person there ?♂️Don’t spend time ?️

Dont go to this branch, unless you take food, water and a chair, because the waiting line to the 2 cashiers its long , easy 2 or 3 hrs, so wont recommend this branch to enter, just if you need to use the ATM, this branch is a disaster!!!
