“Came here for vacation from New York and had a knocking sound coming from my engine took the car to another shop and they recommended I get a new engine after only having 60k miles on the car . When I got to north Miami auto specialist they told me I just needed a coil pack changed for $185 . Can't thank them enough for looking out for me after the first initial shop wanted to charge me thousands of dollars . I was able to make my trip back home without an issue . He took me the same day I called and was able to fix my tires which both had decent sized holes in them. He also pointed out that my tires hadn’t been rotated (even though my dealer said they had been). That showed me he truly cares about his work and the customers. “After a long enjoyable birthday weekend, I woke up to a flat tire. I had originally asked CARMAX to take a look at fixing it, but when they returned my car 2 weeks ago we saw they completely forgot to tend to it. So, here we find ourselves in North Miami at an Air bnb having to call a tow truck with AAA and have a headache of a morning.Luckily the tow truck came pretty quickly. AAA had already located Piper Automotive on the phone that was an approved AAA business, so I had it sent there. I then had to go to work, which I was extremely late for. While at work Luis called and texted me updating me on what needs to be done and what doesn't to fix everything, which was a huge help.We ended up needing the 2 brand new front tires, which was expected. However, we also ended up needing to plug the right back tire due to having a tiny nail inside. We also asked for an alignment because it's a must when you get new tires.In the end, Piper was able to fix everything by 5pm, which is when they close, but they stayed available for me to pick up my car at until 630pm, which was such a huge help. Besides the overall cost being a little more than expected, the experience went smooth, quality seems goodd and I'd recommend them.”

Specially as a woman, it’s really hard to trust this kind of service. But Luan put all his effort to explain to me what was wrong with my car. He and Moises took me to the fixing area and showed everything that was wrong and how they would fix it. Despite of the complexity, the service was done really fast.
