“I am from New Orleans and was looking for a Porsche Macan for my daughter. I found one on Cargurus listed by Warren Henry Infiniti in Miami.
Within minutes of my inquiry, I received a response and got connected with Sebastian Mohadeb. From the first contact Sebastian was fantastic to work with. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Since I was from out of town, we scheduled to do a complete walkthrough of the car on FaceTime.
We closed the deal, I flew in to Miami, test drove, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. As I have bought many cars over the years in multiple locations, this was actually one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, but more importantly a sales person.
As Sebastian knew I had a 12 hour drive back, he called me several hours later just to check how I was feeling and if I was doing ok on the road. Was that service or just someone who actually cares about their customers? I think both.”

Paul without hesitation insured he’d take a look that same day, despite a few cars ahead of me. He was thorough , walking me through what changing my AC compressor would cost and the timeline necessary. He was very transparent and I really appreciated it.”

“I went to this place to get a brake inspection since I’m having some recurring braking issues despite a full brake job from another shop 9 months prior. They charge $130 for an inspection, but once I shared all the history of the issue and one of their employees (I think the guy’s name was Luis) got to drive my car, he said he didn’t want to charge me for a brake inspection when he could immediately detect what was wrong with it. He advised me to return to the place that I initially got the work done, as it should be covered under warranty. And that worked, I got the work competed without having to spend another dollar. What a huge help, really appreciate this place!”

“Randomly called Francis after a basic google search looking for local shops and I’m glad I did call him! He took me the same day I called and was able to fix my tires which both had decent sized holes in them. He also pointed out that my tires hadn’t been rotated (even though my dealer said they had been). That showed me he truly cares about his work and the customers. Prices are great too. 10/10 recommend going here for your car needs.”
“Granted the place is a bit hard to find the first time, however it is well worth the effort. They did a superb job on my Jeep Liberty. Carla the manager listened to what I needed, then made some excellent recommendations as to the Paint and other services associated with a full body re-paint for the Jeep. She offered me two different grades of paint to choose from (a deluxe and a classic) then told me exactly how many days it would take to complete the work and even offered to look for and mount the emblems that would be lost in the process. Since my Jeep is a 2003 model, I chose the lower cost paint package (around $1,600). When I went back to pick up the vehicle I was surprised at how great it looked. The paint job has a 3 Yr warranty. The whole crew is very competent and courteous. Carla is an exceptional office manager who really cares about each customer.”
