Gio, my service advisor has ALWAYS been outstanding! If it wasn’t for him and the salesman to sell me 2 Audi’s - I wouldn’t be here at North Miami. You may laugh but unfortunately to find good people who mean well for you in the long run are hard to find. Come to Audi North and ask for Giovanni - you won’t be disappointed.

I’ll start by saying this is my 2nd vehicle leased from this dealer for the 2nd year in a row. If that doesn’t say something, then I don’t know what will.
The dealing process was the smoothest process I’ve ever encountered. Pretty much a 1 woman show. Ask for Jackie D and thank me later. Communication, negotiation, pick up process = SMOOTH. No haggling, or back and forth bs with management etc. I left there feeling accomplished and not uncomfortable like I overspent. Recommend Jackie (get that woman a raise) and North Miami Audi to anyone and everyone.

Kim was amazing, hands down the best car salesperson i’ve ever dealt with and her manager was also fantastic. Building and cars were beautiful and pricing is as seen online so it was hassle free. Highly recommend anyone looking for an audi comes to this dealer and asks for Kim!
