Online said supposed to be open until 10pm but the store actually close at 9pm

I don’t know if this review will reach the manager but the pick up in store from a website order is a mess. The website doesn’t reflect the stock at all! After 3 hours no news and when you come to pick it up the merchandise, it is not even in stock.
How we can order an item which is out of stock and be able to pick it up !
Lack of staff in store and to prepare the online order - target does much better ( 2 hours window)

I recently visited the At Home to find some decorative windmills as summer was coming to a close, and I was pleasantly surprised by their selection! The store is massive, filled with a wide variety of home décor items. I found several charming windmills that fit perfectly with my outdoor space, all at great prices. The layout was easy to navigate, and everything was well-organized, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the positive vibe. I left with my windmills and other décor pieces, and I can't wait to return for more home inspiration!

It's a huge warehouse full of goods needed to furnish a home from top to bottom. Variety in sheets, dishes is lacking. Better to shop those at Ross ir Marshall type store.

I usually love shopping at **At Home** because of their vast selection and reasonable prices. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I found an item I really wanted, but when I got to the register, the cashier told me I couldn’t purchase it because it was “out of stock.” This was confusing, as I was literally holding the item in my hand, and there were three more on the shelf!
When I asked to speak to a manager, the cashier claimed she was the manager. Unfortunately, I had to leave the store without the item I wanted. This situation was frustrating and left me questioning the store’s inventory management and customer service practices. I hope this gets addressed to prevent similar issues in the future.

Love this store! Nice seasonal collection, adequate prices and easy to find items. Only one minus - long waiting time to check out however it is worth it.

What a great place to go shopping for your house! I love all the outdoor and indoor stuff they have for the house. I am definitely go to return to this store.
