She's very understanding when ever asking for help by letting tenants know maintenance will assist and also follow-up on complete task. I like that she communicate with tenants when keeping the bldg safe around holidays .There's monthly postings of inspections, the bldg is maintained by staff. Very friendly and helpful whenever. The apartment itself is quite nice and meets my expectations. However, one minor issue is that the elevators are frequently out of service. It's not a major problem if you're okay with taking the stairs. Overall, pretty nice place.”
