It's been about two years since I moved into Aliro, and it truly feels like home. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the view never fails to impress my guests. The ongoing improvements in the area add to the appeal. Most importantly, the construction team's dedication shines through. Having lived in various places, I can confidently say that choosing Aliro was a fantastic decision. You won't regret it!

I was a resident at Aliro Apartments for a year. I loved my apartment with a wonderful view of nature (see my video with a turtle).
I also like the convenience store on the property, as well as the lovely people who own it.
I was also very pleased with the professionalism of the new management, especially senior manager Tika and leasing agent Joshua.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a leasing agent, whose name I believe was Melanie or Michelle. I booked an apartment tour online and flew into Miami specifically for it, only to be told that they don't offer tours for people who aren't planning to lease within the month. She claimed that their website, where I booked the tour, is managed by a third party and that she has no control over it. Fortunately, I ended up staying at Camden Aventura, which was a much better experience.

The quality of customer service is terrible. They don't tell you anything, they don't fix things that are broken, the barrier is always broken so anyone enters. They do not control the people who use the common places. I've been here for 4 months and I really like the complex itself. But unfortunately the people who work here leave a lot to be desired.

Worst living experience you'll ever have.
1. there's an out-of-control cockroach infestation in every building.
2. The leasing consultant (Jacob) said he'd help me move to a larger unit. All I had to do was give him 1k which he'd split with his manager and done deal. They're now charging me all kinds of fees for early termination.
3. The Manager - Gissy - has an ongoing arrangement with the towing company and they will toe your car in the blink of an eye for no reason. They towed mine despite having a permit and being properly parked.
4. Fights beak out in the gym often as they have outsiders using their amenities.
5. I had to move out early due to job relocation, I put in the notice and still they're charging me early termination fees in violation of the contract.
This place is horrible, you can do better. Take you money and run!

Don’t fix things. Never answer the phone. When you call emergency number, they say you need to go to the office and even it’s 4:00pm and the office is open until 6pm, no one was in the office. You call the manager, mailbox full, can’t leave the message. I complained 5 times on my neighbors loud music and wall in room where I sleep is vibrating from the bass but no one did anything about it. Requested service for Dishwasher 3 times plus went to do it in person in the office, 30 days later no one came to check it out.

This one star review is purely for the fact that NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I have lived here for 2 months now and every time i try calling they NEVER answer. What else could they be doing? THIS IS THEIR JOB!!!!
