This is my second time leasing a Alfa Romeo from this dealership. The transaction is usually pretty fast and seamless. However, they were experiencing a nationwide system shutdown when I came in to return my lease this time. Which made my trade-in and new lease transaction take much longer. I was assisted by Ray whom was very helpful and patient. Ray and his manager made sure that I was able to leave the lot with my new lease in spite of the system shutdown which created certain limitations and a delay. They were very helpful and I was happy at the end of the day. Thanks again!

Thieves & scam artists. Friend bought a used car here, paid in full (I know because I saw the transaction), but 3 months later they filed a (fake) lien on the car, & repo’d it without any notice (no call, no letter, nothing), demanding add’l $8K. He received clean title from the state (I know b/c I saw it).
Title & sales paperwork was in the vehicle when they repo’d it — so they then forged his signature on the title, and claimed ownership.
Police believed the dealer’s side of the story — dealer probably greased some palms in Palmetto — and car dealers have wide latitude in State of Florida to monkey around with titles. The two salesmen most involved in his transaction “don’t work here anymore” (coincidence ?), but the owner & accounting manager were the ones who forged title & stole the car.
Stay away from this dealership unless you want to be the next victim of their grand theft auto schemes.
UPDATE 7/4/24 — Despite claims in the response below of efforts to contact the owner, no such efforts were made wrt any sum or balance due on the car. There were in fact numerous text messages back/forth with the dealership about the title & registration— during NONE of which anyone mentioned any remaining sum due.
Obviously, there was no such sum due or you wouldn’t have handed over the keys, ordered clean registration & title — which the real owner properly received from the state.
Sometime subsequently, likely when the bookkeeper/auditor balanced the books did dealer realize someone(s) at the dealership pocketed $10K. There’s no way of knowing if it was the salesman, finance mngr, dealership manager, the dealership owner, or the kid that washes cars. The dealership may have wanted to file an insurance claim on their Crime & Embezzlement Insurance pkg, but it probably has a $10K deductible, & the insurer could deny coverage for the dealer’s failure to abide by well defined Risk Management practices. The owner or dealer manager didn’t want to accept responsibility for their incompetence so the next best option was to take (some would say “steal”) the car from its lawful owner. That’s exactly what some lowlifes did.
As far as threats about watching my language or making accusations, I take total comfort in the simple fact that the truth is an absolute defense. It (truth) is also a concept with which folks there seem completely unfamiliar.

If I could give zero starts I would ! These scammers sold me a bad McLaren with many issues took the car back 2 times check engine 100 issues . Then they told me bring the car back and they never gave me back my deposit ! 15k grand these guys are a joke ! Stay away from these people now I have to sort to my legal team to get me my money back horrible worse experience ever buying a car in all 40 cars I’ve ever owned !!
