Well I just want to share my experience with Aaron's furniture store at first I was kind of iffy about purchase a bedroom set at first because at first I didn't like everything was tax tax tax..... But after I learn the policy & terms and making my payments on time I really really like it didn't take me long to own my furniture the staff there is great good customer service very friendly always helping so I do recommend Aaron furniture store now I have my bedroom set for almost a year come August will make a year August 2024 and so far I haven't had any issues with my furniture I would like for them to tell me how can I get the paint to my furniture cuz I got some little scratches here and there on my furniture so please guys let me know but overall I don't have any issues so thanks you guys at Aaron furniture store off of 125th and 7th Avenue

Do not go there they’re fraud scam they not humanBad very bad people go on offer up or Markertplace or google somewhere else don’t raise your money and your time no matter what you do they will take back the furniture stay away from themLast thing make sure they give you receipts and balances all the time I repeat all the timeI’m coming with pictures and more details

The employees here are taking customers personal information such as email address name social etc and going into their other accounts charging cards that they was never given authorization to use, this has been going on a while and still is going on and someone is going to seriously get hurt over these fraudulent activities they have going on at the north Miami location home of the fraud

The experience at this store started off great then quickly went sour we confirmed the delivery date I paid my money contract with issue to me and then the day of the delivery after I canceled a $200 job to be home for the delivery they tell me that all the information is embarrassed and I must verify with them I try to explain them that the numbers that may be on the website are not the numbers that operate from the from the mobile part and he still insisted that they can't make my delivery today because of that and then to add more disrespect to the customer service that day give he refused to give me his last name only said hes the manager and his name is rafael place is horrible no customer service no appreciation for the customer just nothing but this respect from that place

Lo que me vendieron/ lo que me llego, Dos días después me comunico siendo lunes, porque el viernes me entregaron la cama,en la noche. el dias lunes me comunico, para decir que la cama no me gusto, me responden que no puedo devolverla, porque Fui a la tienda y la escogí online en la misma tienda, que si hubiese sido una cama de la tienda podría devolverla algo ilógico, porque en persona se ve, lo que uno va a llevar, online NO, entonces me llega algo decepcionante, que lastimosamente no puedo devolver; porque dicen que Fue online y no en tienda, un material malisimo, el cuero ese si se puede llamar cuero arrugado, uno de los nocheros también me llego la caja de corriente rota, me responden que si puedo comprarla en Amazon, que la venden en Amazon, cuando un producto que venden supuestamente nuevo, ellos deben responder, si llega el artículo mal, yo estoy pagando la cama y los nocheros, lastimosamente insatisfecho, pero por lo contrario yo si soy, correcto, ustedes debieron ayudarme, pero la vendedora , dice que no puede hacer nada, escribo a uno de los numero y no responden, seguiré cumpliendo con mis pagos pero no recomiendo esta tienda, y si tienen la oportunidad de ayudarme se lo agradecería, un cliente no debe pagar por algo que pidió online y llega de muy mala calidad y después de eso roto, no vi los artículos en la tienda, y si venden algo online, que por lo menos sea de muy buena calidad como se ve en fotos.

Please guys do not business with these people their are fraud and their stuff are no good ain’t been that long that I got a bed from these people bed are broke dresser fall apart and I spent almost 2500 dollars on it the previous manager stole my money and the current manager wants more money and I have all the proof from the videos and receipts

Arona CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. WHEN I CALLED IN TO ASK ABOUT THE CHARGE OF $191 iWAS TOLD THAT I SIGNED UP FOR AUTO PAY which was a lie i did not even the company change name plus last person i talk to six months ago i told Them to take my card off their file because it happened in the past out obviously the still got my card info save and the customer rep was rude when i ask for a corporate number he tell they do not have an corporate number which is also a lie i recommend you don’t do business with this company

A man came knocking at my door at 10am asking for my sister in law who wasn't there at the moment and before we opened the door he rang the door bell twice and before knocking he tried to open the door like he lives here which is insane... while my sister in law was at work on the phone with them and said she was going to come in the next day and the person she was talking to said that's fine or we will come and get the mattress so I closed the door on the man and he kept screaming "HELLO" and knocking and was on the phone with the manager who was very disrespectful and threaten to call the police when he can't even do that so I had to bring out a whole mattress by myself and mind you I'm 19 and a female don't buy from these people they are just horrible SMH!

I will never rent from this company again I just made my last payment on my bedroom set in the system it said $109 to pay off the manager on site charge me $30 extra dollars twice total $60 more then I had to pay the bedroom off just cause his driver came out to my house twice for the payment when I clearly told them I was having issues with payroll for my check so really to me they packet the $60 but karma is real I was a customer WOW!!!
