Bad bad bad! Just close down. Very poor customer service. I walked in at 1:45pm and a woman was arranging bundles. I didn’t come to browse, I came to grab one item and get back to work. I was not greeted when I entered, and was given a blank stare. I grabbed my item and proceeded to the counter. The woman continues to arrange wigs and just ignored me at the counter. I politely said I’m ready to check out. This woman walked up a ladder and ignored me & continued to sort and arrange bundles. I asked is someone else here she gave me blank stare and continued to sort bundles and wigs. I walked out. Horrible customer service.

They sell 1/2 of a pack of hair. The store needs to get organized but they sell good hair. The owners are very nice.

Customer service doesn't mean anything anymore. No greeting or hello from staff. A woman followed us the entire time, staring. Didn't say hello or ask if we needed help. I get angry when our neighborhoods become gentrified, but with service like this, I'll drive the extra few miles to the white part of town rather than come here again.

I came here based off the prior good review. The store hours say 8. It's 6:30 and they are closed! I even called ahead and they are still closed. Why shop somewhere that doesn't want your money?? Smh!
