I had this misfortune of encountering the rudest and most uncouth cashier I had every experienced. I at the counter to purchase a small cup of hot tea and redeem a single free fantasy 5 ticket. There may have been 8-10 customers behind, but the other cashier was stationed and all patrons seemed to be serviced efficiently. She refused to simply process the single free ticket even though my atm card was already engaged to complete the sale of the hot tea, and no free fantasy 5 ticket would’ve complicated the sale. She rudely canceled my order and took another sale while my atm card was still engaged. I was enraged but caught myself from hand swiping the hot tea towards and leaving.
With the two cashiers at their respective registers, purchase of my cup of tea and receipt of my free fantasy 5 ticket could’ve been completed and I could’ve been on my way without aggravation.

No wonder 711 is closing. I told the lady that I went to 2 different gas pumps & the nozzle wasn’t working. She just shrugged it off. Wow.

On this day of 6/25/2024 at 5 pm the Attendant stole my $40.00 gas money there was no one at the other pump when I went to fill my gas I didn't get any gas . That's why the station will be slow. Not trustworthy. I have already told my friend and family don't go to that station for gas .

I am very sorry that they do not have Parcel measures that the opinions of the people do not count. I read many negative opinions like mine. You have 2 employees on the Sunday afternoon shift, they are very rude and poorly educated for not having change for a bullets, they eat me. The 2 moms are stupid no personality

I come to this 7-Eleven often for the last three years and one of the best decisions they made was hiring Tabatha. Her bright, personality, kindness, compassion, and patience with people is extremely apparent and you ca. see she does it cause it comes from her heart. I would encourage 7-Eleven corporate to consider her for growth in the company before people, like myself with my own company, find a way to add her to my team. While I have many options that I can use for breakfast, lunch, gas, or snacks, one of the main reasons I come back daily now rather than once or twice a week is because I look forward to seeing her saying hello , or Goodmorning and getting a big smile that you can see even through her mask because it shows In her eyes. Great job 7-Eleven for finding this diamond and hiring her.
