The manager of the store is a person who does not know how to deal with either the costume or the employees. I often go shopping at the place because it is on the corner of my house. This lady is very loud and exaggerated and because she says bad words and respects the food. What they put there, they should send an inspector, the food is super old and hard and dry, when the only thing I see that there are things that are fresh and it is pending when I go, it is an American man who is at night, I think his name is Morris, something he does, but definitely The manager is not professional at all and is a very upset person.

I was rudely asked to leave the front of the store despite having bought a pack of cigarettes and an ice tea. Keep in mind there IS an ash tray in the front. The manager told me unless I'm buying something-I could not stand out front. I told her I wouldn't mind speaking to her boss. I simply do not have time for such insanity and negativity. The blatant disregard for me being a paying customer.

Terrible, the bathrooms are no longer for customers. If you put fuel and want to use it, it is prohibited at the discretion of the person in charge of the store and in general, all the 7 elevens have the same answer, so there is no reason why I should spend my money. money there

very bad service, I felt cheated by the manager herself, she sold me a cable for the telephone that was not the right one, she did not give me the receipt and told me that there was no refund, I hope the same thing does not happen to you, you should not stop there

I've been going to this 7 11 for atleast 20 years. Same routine I buy coffee .They just hired some female lady with glasses I believe she's manager she been there approximately 1 year of the day because the Jamaican bald man got sick so sometimes she works at night .This woman is a COMPLETE LUNATIC .I don't know if she,s drinking that wine they sell in the front or what .One day I walk in like I have for past 20 years and She starts HARASSING ME ASKING ME WHILE IM MAKING MY COFFEE ARE YOU OK SIR ? ARE YOU OK ? OVER AND OVER AGAIN I SAYS YES CAN I CONTINUE TO MAKE MY COFFEE .? THEN SHE TELLS THE GUY IN THE FRONT I CANT C ome INTO THE STORE ANYMORE I MEAN ABSOLUTELY CRAZY .

I just came from the 711 today the guy is racist of course he's white men he was making me some chicken in the oven only gave me I ask fore 10 peace he told me the oven he gave me 6 peace instead of 10 I'm going to report him by tomorrow to customer service

DONT GO TO THIS 7-ELEVEN YOU WILL REGRET IT! its a terrible nasty experience! the employess ignore you and are rude and or are on the phone! everything in the store you can tell is old and dirty! you can tell they never clean anything like the floors the counters the machines for coffee and sodas , slushees, etc... always understocked, almost everything is mislabeled wrong prices everywhere! just the worst experience it should be illegal for them to sell food in the state the store is ROACHES EVERYWHERE DO NOT EAT THE FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!! i've unfortunately tried it before ? never again it tasted weird and undercooked (wings, pizza, etc) i was there today and i was like saying out loud (very loudly) that there was roaches everywhere and how nasty it was cause they where next to the food employees and one other guy in the store just ignored it and the guy even continued to buy a hotdog ?? the people of north miami are also at fault because these people have no standards so thats how 7-eleven and all these north miami businesses get away with this terrible nasty service

I tried to enter the location to make a purchase as I do regularly and was told the location was closed. Closed at 11:20AM on a Thursday? No explanation, just refused to be let in to purchase. Weird.
