I had to work with 2 tellers, and the bank manager Christian to resolve a very minor issue.It took over an hour, and they still could not verify a check that I have been consistently depositing in my account for years."It should take 5 minutes" 200 times over. Trix are for kids not bankers, or bank tellers.Please retrain the employees.

Tried to open an account, arrived and signed in one hour before closing, there was only one person ahead of me and the stuff kicked me out and ask to come back another day. Lack of respect.

No fast service at all always the I come to this branch always have to wait 15-30 mins just to do a simple transaction. Sometimes the only have one person or two but they take there time doing there job. Always the I come to this branch I prefer driving further just to get a better service and I live next to this bank. Is always a frustration coming here. The manager or supervisor doesn’t look to be bother on the lack of service this branch have. You can see they all want to take there time doing a simple job. If I knew this is going to be like that I just move my money to other bank

If you don't have account with this bank you cannot cashing a check, your id is not enough. they have to request an authorization for the manager who was not at bank. Unfortunately very bad service

I give this branch five stars, normally the branch I go to does not provide the customer service that I received at skylake. When I arrived I received a warm welcome and they were ready to help. I was assisted by Brenda one of the bankers and I have to say her service shows the years of experience she might have and her ability to connect with customers is unseen especially in these days . If you're looking for great service and efficient work stop by this branch and ask for her you would not be disappointed.

Dear current and existing clients, this is by far the most competent and welcoming location of all banks and locations I have ever been too. First of all the young gentleman who greet you at the door, very clean, well mannered and dressed very welcoming and helpful thank you. Definitely the entire office has a vibe of “leave your personal problems at the door” and we as clients appreciate you very muchWant to put the spot light also on Mrs. Stacey who assisted my daughter with opening her bank account. Very knowledgeable, helpful and transparent. People like her are one of a kind. Definitely this bank as a whole should berecognized and appreciatedThank you
