“Came in to have a battery replaced on my watch as well as have it sized by removing a few links. Vadim was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was very quick and was actually able to do this for me within minutes of me walking in through the door at a very affordable and fair price. He is very transparent and does these repairs in a way that you’re able to see what he is doing and that takes a lot of confidence that comes with decades of experience in this industry. I absolutely would recommend that anyone in need of repairs come see Vadim. I will definitely be coming back in the future.”

I already had a bad experience with Corum so I was willing to try another Watch repair service center and Gray and Sons came highly recommended. I walked in and they treated me like $1 million from the first minute there was a screw loose inside my watch that was jamming the movement most companies want to get me for a complete overhaul gray and sons opened up the watch put in the screw and then try To Waterproof my watch because my watch was not waterproof when I first gave it to him anyway this company is a 10 . Fabio and his team get a a+ for customer service and watch repair”

“Joel is the man! I had been looking at watches for a while. I went to a lot of shops: Mayors, Rolex, Omega, jewelry stores, small local shops, etc. In many cases I felt that the vibe was standoffish at best.
But when I walked into the GS boutique, Joel greeted me, invited me to have a seat, let me try on anything I wanted to, we had a nice chat about watches, family and life in general. I was already pretty sure a Grand Seiko was going to be my next watch (spring drive is incredible, the dials, the finishing, the value, the sweep, etc), but Joel was so well versed on all things GS and he gave me a dozen more insights into the quality of the watch that made it an even easier decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was just a couple of guys sharing their mutual love of watches.
Overall, Joel delivered the kind of personal experience you dream of when you imagine buying a luxury heirloom like a Grand Seiko.”
