Zero stars for zero customer service. In line for a return behind 2 people at customer service. 2 staff members talking instead of taking care of customers. Took almost 30 minutes to even get to the counter for my return. Handed my receipt along with the items to the "team leader" working today at 7:05 pm. Her first comment to me for the now empty Walmart bag is "my trash" is over there all the while talking and laughing with other team members. I returned 4 items. She couldn't get the receipt to scan and seemed upset she had to key it in. When the return receipt popped up (as I wanted to get out of there) I took the receipt, and all the sudden this customer service "team leader"grabbed it out of my hand scratching me and yelling that is not yours!! I was shocked.... All she had to do was say ma'am I need that receipt. She proceeded to give me my cash back. When I asked for a copy of the receipt, her reply was "I gave you cash, you don't need a receipt". I asked to see the copy she had ripped out of my hand and this team leader again said " I gave you cash and you don't need to see the receipt". All I wanted to do was to confirm on the receipt was to ensure I had been refunded correctly. She again refused and told me o could take a picture. . I asked to see a manager and her reply was you can get out of the way and wait. At this point I refused. She realized that I was not going to let this go and call a man over that has "coach" on his name tag. I explained all I wanted to do was look at the return receipt to confirm I was given the correct price and amount. He handed me the receipt, took me 10 seconds and I handed it back. Told the "team leader she needs to learn customer service and her reply was I needed to learn my manners. I will NEVER return to this Walmart again. Such a disgrace to the Walton family.

Angelica atiende de manera pésima,esta en la puerta,atendiendo de mala gana. Tratando mal a la gente. Se le dice que no funciona la máquina y no entiende. Habla español y su inglés es pésimo. Estaría bueno que tengan gente capacitada. Venezolana!

As I'm currently standing still in line and have only moved 10 feet in 25 mins, no exaggeration, I literally looked back to check, I really want to leave, but I've invested to much of my time already, I'm bored and have to wait anyway. This store should either be closed DOWN, or complete new management, team staff members, complete overhaul. It's really sad as I'm looking around. As I read the other reviews, they're all true, sadly all of the bad ones... I live 20 mins away, soooo, Ain't turning back now, but DON'T come here if you're in a hurry. The employees at this location are incompetent. Came to buy backpacks and they were $12 cheaper on the app then when we tried to buy in store they said that only applies to pick up orders, we asked if they can price match there own website and they said no. When I placed the pick up order they never came out to my car to help me. Have been waiting 35 minutes have talked to 4 employees to get the order brought to my car and they still have not figured it out. This place suckkkkksssss!

Worst store ever, I am a walmart Plus customer and they make me go to this store for delivery and the last 3 delivery orders never showed up. You call the store to find out the status, and they don't pick up. You call walmart.com and they can't even get ahold of anyone at the store how pathetic. if you want to sign up for walmart Plus you may want to make sure this store is not the one that will be fulfilling your online order you will never get the goods and you're just going to drive yourself crazy, you're better off going in person to any other store.

I'm amazed at the lack of "giving a s**** this whole store has. You can be standing in one of the 3 open checkout lines that are 10 people long and see employees meandering around aimlessly staring at their phones. Literally no one cares in this store. I'll drive an extra 20 minutes away just to avoid this b******* riddled store.

Lanes are always full pushing into the clothing section and it has been an unpleasant event everytime going in. Do not recommend as you will spend half of your evening waiting in line with rude people around you.

We only do grocery pickup here now. Thank God they offer that option and the only reason why we give it 3 stars and not one. This location is run down, nothing is ever organized no matter what time or day you decide to stop by. The lines are ridiculous so you better clear out the rest of your schedule for the day, and of course there's only 2 registers ever open. The grocery pickup isn't perfect but definitely a better option. The substitutions they give are sometimes a little crazy but they do send you an email ahead of time now so you can either accept or reject them. The staff members are usually friendly and they help you put your groceries in your trunk/ back of your car depending on your preference.

This Walmart has the worse customer service. The management must be paid pennies bc they don't jump in when needed. The money services line is wrapped to the cash registers with only 1 person working behind the counter. Where is management?!!! Why aren't they stepping in to help reduce the line? At least till the end of the line is in the section. It's Christmas season!!! I'm so thankful that I use Amazon!

Excellent service from Photos department.Peter and Juvenel are very professionals.Entry west side no organization,two employees dos not taking lines order.Employee removing carts at parking lot,blocking traffic.Thanks in general for your hard work.

Worst of the worst, I went to return something and customer service was closed, is ridiculous that the store closes at 11pm and customer service Clases at 8pm , my first time seeing something like that, but the funny part is that I spoke with the "manager " ( Vincent)and he told me that he can't help me because he don't know how to do a return, can you believe that? When you are a manager you HAVE TO KNOW how to do a return, you have to be trained and be to be able to perform any task. They need people that really wants to work and know how to treat the customer P.s : no enough registers open, crazy lines .

The worst of the worst of the worst Walmart! Shaim on the Walmart corporation. There are about 200 people waiting on line . No cashiers available! My wife is pregnant she went inside to get two things and she was in line for over 45 min. The managers don't know what they're doing because they don't have hands on . The few cashiers available don't have sense of urgency and they take their sweet time to scan the items . This is ridiculous
