Came in to have a battery replaced on my watch as well as have it sized by removing a few links. Vadim was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was very quick and was actually able to do this for me within minutes of me walking in through the door at a very affordable and fair price. He is very transparent and does these repairs in a way that you’re able to see what he is doing and that takes a lot of confidence that comes with decades of experience in this industry. I absolutely would recommend that anyone in need of repairs come see Vadim. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This is the best honest real old fashioned high quality watch repair shop, probably in the USA. And I have been to watch repairs in numerous cities including New York and London! First of all, Vadim is a true craftsman. He does beautiful work! I brought him some truly old and corroded Cartier watches, two different watches, and both now run perfectly and look brand new! I brought in my old Rolex Submariner running poorly and with a bezel that wouldn't turn. I had given it to a brand name shop which couldn't fix it. They wanted to replace the bezel at a cost of $$$$. Vadim fixed it perfectly within minutes...at little to no cost. He is a gem of a man and I hope to use him again and again. Real honest quality people deserve to do well!

My 40 year old Rolex Submariner watch needed a complete overhaul, incllding a new crystal, wrist band clasp, mainspring, gaskets and a reversing wheel. My watch was polished as well. The watch looks like new and runs perfectly now. I highly recommend USA Watch Repair and its owner for doing a wonderful job.

He shows you on screen what the issue may be. Gives you an estimate and gets your watch back to you without all the fluff and nonsense of the brand name stores. Very efficient and he won't try to upsell you. "You can just go on Amazon for replacement bands".I was quoted $200 to repair at Grays & Sons Jewelers on Collins Avenue. He quoted me $75.His hours are sometimes unavailable when it says store hours, but he is quick to apologize for little child issues. Anyone with kids would be understanding especially with it being owner operated. Just call ahead to make sure he's there.Highly recommend!

I live in Guatemala where Rolex service is not available. While visiting family in Florida I found USA Watch Repair. Friendly, efficient, reasonable. My watch was shipped to a relative in California and apparently it was damaged during shipping. I managed to get it back to USA Watch Repair after it was not possible to get it running again over the phone. Repaired and shipped to a friend who will bring it back to me at no extra charge. I highly recommend USA Watch Repair.

My favorite Pair of Ray Bans needed fixing and I found USA Watch Repair and within 4 hrs they were perfectly repaired for a great price. I'm really happy that I came across this place because honest professional craftsman are hard to find in this world today. Amazing , to say the least.

They do not attend anyone or open the door during Bussiness hours!!! Do not waste your time coming to this business, I have been here two times, total waste of my time.
