I believe the gentleman’s name was fransley he had excellent customer service and was very professional throughout our entire interaction I would definitely be going through this store to get my packages from now on

I prefer using UPS for shipping items, notarizing documents, and returning orders from Amazon, AT&T, etc. The staff are friendly and it’s generally an easy process to get what you need. I’m usually in a hurry so I appreciate how quickly the line moves. The key is to visit the UPS store during non-peak hours.
