Bad staff, bad. Ustomer service , felt discriminated, was ignores , and they didn't even put my name or prescription sticker on my boxes, and one of the pods came leaking
Unfortunately I will never be returning do that location , even I still truleaf.

They took great care of me and made sure I left satisfied with great product ! Also a huge thank you to Samuel for the extra 10% off tip and the greeter Tatiana for welcoming me in. Jonathan, sho, and Marilyn, are one of the best representatives in the Cananabis industry. I have came in here feeling very uneasy from work and these budtenders have relieved me instantly. I had an incredible experience at here The staff were not just good, they were amazing! They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, which is a testament to their hard work and dedication. Super clean and Sanitized location. Friendly staff and very clean about the meds they prescribe. I got the 4 pre rolls for $24.00 it’s high jet Fuel and I got a free T shirt so we can all vote for Recreational Cannabis in Nov-2024 . We need 60 percent to vote yes . Then anyone over 21 of age can posses 3 Ounces Of Cannabis & not be arrested.

I'm 68 years old. I never previously used cannabis until 1 year ago when I got a prescription. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They eased my great anxiety over using this powerful drug. They always have enough time to get the patient to where they need to be. The staff is far more knowledgeable than a street vendor. Their products do exactly what cannabis is supposed to do. Their edibles are delicious and are satisfying enough that you don't have to worry about the "munchies." I will continue to shop there for as long as I require cannabis.

Every time I order online, I get an email confirmation that all the items I selected are included in my order. AND every time I arrive at the store, one or more products aren’t available. This has happened multiple times and I cannot recommend Trulieve to anyone.

Great staff and quick service even though there was a lot of people. Didn't feel looked over and felt the budtenders were very patient with each person. Great atmosphere!
