I rented a carpet cleaner machine and when I got home it didn’t work. I called the store, and they told me I had to bring it back and get another one. In the store, they gave me another one, and when I was putting it in the car, I realized it was damaged. So I returned it again and asked for a full refund. I observed the units were full of dust, so I suppose they don't have the best equipment to rent.

Lines wrap around the store nobody in the aisle when they are "give me a minute " turns into an hour off waiting and nothing I should off drove to another Home Depot cus i know this place is like this and i still come

I came just now at 3:30 (7/28/23)to buy a key for my apartment and in the self checkout the lady in the self check out was extremely rude to other customers that I saw and as I was next I said I have Apple Pay she gave me really horrible attitude as she did to others and told me no only card and I said are you sure because other Home Depot does Apple Pay I've never had an issue she rolled her eyes at me and said no other Home Depot does Apple Pay. She had a nasty tone and nasty attitude and I walked out and told her she has horrible customer service never will come back here again she could have approached differently. She told the other lady cash only and the lady said I don't have cash I thought I did and rolled her eyes to an elderly lady and say whatever use the card on the machine. I wouldn't come back if she's still there. Because I will go to management. If she is that miserable with her life or doesn't know how to separate business with personal she shouldn't be there. The little Hispanic lady in this location terrible. And I just moved here. I work a 12 our shift almost everyday I finally leave early from the hospital and I get negative disrespectful horrible customer service and it sucks because it's close my new place. Terrible terrible 1st time here and never again.

Hi. This is about the guarantee with your tropical plants and an issue I had today at with several of your employees including a manager. Let me start by saying I have spent hundreds of dollars on plants at this location over the past year. I've previously brought back two that died out of dozens and never had a problem getting a replacement. Today I brought in a tropical plant that died within about 45 days and was hoping to get a replacement. I actually bought two identical ones and one died the other is doing great. The first customer service woman argued with me and told me no and gave me 3-4 different reasons why I couldn't return it. First she said I only had 30 days, then she said I didn't buy the plant food that I was supposed to buy with it, she just kept arguing. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager also refused the return/replacement. The managers name was India or Indira. She became irate and hateful with me and when I read the plant policy to her and told her her facts were wrong ... she still told me no. I left the dead plant with them and just bought another. I was treated with severe disrespect and it wasn't about the money. These employees did not know the return policy and did not follow it. I'm hoping this email finds the right hands and maybe you can educate the employees on the policy and how to treat your customers.

I was not very enthusiastic when I went to rent a car. I picked up the car at 2:30, and they wrote in the contract that they would deliver the car before 8:15, and pay a fine after 8:30. I sent the car back at 7:25, and they charged me the next day. The extra 85.72, I reasoned with them before returning the money. I am used to checking online banking. If I don’t have this habit, they will charge this money. I don’t recommend this place. Be careful of their arbitrary charges.

Called to make sure they had a ladder for rent once I got there the ladder was there but they couldn’t find it in the system. Went way out of my way and they couldn’t take the time to make sure the ladder was available.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Home Depot I went to shop for plants soil and pots No one was around to help he did but was bothered so I helped myself to the potting soil now mind you if I was have gotten hurt i oils definitely sue Home Depot Then I needed heavy flower pots Again no one to help I needed 5 and they were heavy clay pots so I had to do it myself then no one would help me take two shopping carts full into the store then once inside and waiting on line they looked bothered and passed me to another register Then the cashier was nice the only nice person My order was scheduled for delivery on Thursday March 30 between 6am-10:00 am I had to pay an extra $55 to receive on Thursday We'll Thursday can and I received a text not even a call like they're supposed to do when close to my home saying that they canceled because no one was there No mind you I have 3 doorman and a concierge and they were there and told me that no one ever showed up So Home Depot lied so I lost a whole day of work Then they said it would be delivered on Friday today the 31 of March I had to get on the phone for over 30 minutes on hold then they didn't have the time frame correct and I get an email saying that my order is being delivered today to my old address In NYC I'm living in Aventura Florida So I was on o hold again today They need to hire people who want to work not these incompetent people doing nothing but collecting a check I am disgusted here we are almost 2:00 pm and I've yet to receive my order They can't seem to get it right they need to train everyone from management all the way down I strongly suggest that you go to a plant nursery I'm going to cancel the entire order which was over $500 they were quick to take my money but when it comes to contact them it is the most difficult thing Stay away for sure This store should be closed down So that the employees learn that when you take a job do it and respect your customers because they seem to forget that they have a job because of the customers Truly disgusted Neve Storm If I could give zero stars I would but it wouldn't let me post unless I rated

Convenient location for me and there are always team members around in case you need help. However the lines are always extremely long and they usually only have one or two cashiers working even on the weekends during the busiest times. Customer service is great though and if you need to return something or have an issue with an item it's pretty easy to make a return/exchange

Now I know why this Home Depot only has a 2 star rating. Worst customer service in any Home Depot. Manager EDWARD needs to be DEMOTED. As a contractor that has been dealing with Home Depot for over 10years. Have never had an issue until I walked into this store. Tool rental guy and manager Edward are as helpful as a fly on the wall. When you are a manager dealing with customers part of your job entail customer service. Being a contractor with pro account this has been the only Home Depot I have not been able to rent heavy equipment from. Run away and don't come back. And Edward needs to be demoted. Terrible customers service. Home Depot regional really need to look into this

Whoever is in charge of this store, needs to be demoted due to the lack of basic common sense among the personnel currently employed at this location. My story is no different from the others so why bother typing and explaining. Most of the employees at this North Miami Beach location need to shadow employees at other locations in other demographical areas for a week to understand my point of view. But I understand that is too much like doing the right thing. I spend entirely to much of my hard earned money inside this store to go through the unnecessary especially when I have gone the extra mile to prevent the unnecessary from occurring. ( Example: Creating a will call order to have my local contractor come by to pick it up) Thank you to Ms Zebb Walker for attempting to help and explaining what caused the problem at hand. Her understanding and empathy was greatly appreciated and goes a long way with me however, a lot of in service training needs to take place. Good leadership starts from the top and at this location, the top needs to be chopped down completely and replaced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! That's what I do. I will drive miles to get good customer service and satisfaction. I might even start going to Lowes. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT NORTH MIAMI BEACH!!!
