I've been coming here for years. Name of the company has changed but service stays the same. They treat you like family and are honest when it comes to time and setting the proper expectations from the start. They will not promise you an earlier time knowing the car will not be ready by then. They are also very thorough in checking out all of the car and not just the service you are there for.

I came here yesterday due to having a screw on my tire. John was able to assist with my car issue immediately, very kind and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend. Thanks ❤️

i visited TK earlier today - 9.10.23. - and unfortunately had a terrible experience.Prior to today, i’ve frequented TK - both this location as well as another - and my experiences were always pretty decent; at least decent enough to not have a bad taste in my mouth.on the contrary, this last time, and maybe my last time for the foreseeable future, has left a bad after taste - yuck ?the reasons for my poor rating is due to a few things…the first, upon entering the main area and walking up to the front desk, i notice the front desk agent is on the computer, his eyes scanning the screen intensely and enthralled. i noticed that he was preoccupied with that but i give my greeting ‘hello or hey’ and i believe he responded in kind - not looking up. ok. sure, fine.i then begin to express my reasoning/appointment but, due to his attention being given to the computer i simply say something to the effect of ‘hey, How are you? i’m here for an appointment’ - i didn’t want to say too much because i knew i’d have to re state anything had i spoken to someone who was clearly disinterested. So, i wait for him to give me his attention or even acknowledge that i’m here, i’m waiting, i’m waiting for your cue to continue. this associate did not say anything to the effect of, ‘hey welcome in, give me a moment please and i’ll be right with you,’ i have eyes so i could clearly see he was preoccupied but nonetheless, i would like my existence to be acknowledged and my time respected.so, finally i get his attention explain my reasoning for being there and nearing the end of our interaction he essentially began with another client without clearly communicating that he will let me know that he has received all the information he needed from me, eta, etc…(for example, ‘ok sir, let me have your keys, let’s go see the car, let me get the vin, check miles, license plate. ok, it should be done in an hour, blah …’ - nothing like that was said.so, while i assumed our interaction was done, i went up to him while he’s in the middle of his consultation with the next client to be like, ‘uh, am i ok to leave?’ and he’s like, ‘oh, wait i need l another piece of information,’ ok… eye roll…(and when i say he began helping another client what happened was, he had asked me for my keys, i handed them over, there was no finale to our conversation and he then took the keys of the client behind me and walked with him to his car. (he didn’t walk with me to my car). he got in his car, turned the key.then i interject.)but the icing on the cake was, i’m waiting for like, 2 hours. the eta was initially 1 hr. (i had called at the time it was supposed to be done to get an update).but after waiting 2 hrs i get the call, ‘hey OP, we won’t be able to do this today because the technician that can do it is not here,’are you serious? there are literally 3 mechanics on site and you don’t know which ones are the specialist? you could have said at the time of check in, ‘one second let me see if one of the technicians on site can do this’.i don’t plan on going back to this location. previously, one of the associates there was super awesome - pleasant, communicative, transparent and mindful. as much as i love wasting my time waiting, truth be told, i’d rather be doing something.TLDR; awful interaction with the receptionist, 2 hrs wasted and told to come back tomorrow - FU

I had a big cross-country trip coming up the night that I unfortunately ran over a roofing nail. I went in about 30 minutes before closing to see if someone could help. The service counter guy was pretty dismissive and refused to help.I can understand if it was too close to closing time but the guy didn't offer any suggestions or anything. I'd say if you want someone dependable, this place doesn't deliver.I eventually got the tire patched and plugged in by someone else that evening. Pretty disappointed with the experience here.

I had a flat tire and went there for a quote. Charlie, the mechanic at the garage was super sweet and attentive, but the guy that works in the office was very rude and treated me with indifference and hardly looked me in the face (because I am a woman maybe?). When I said thank you and I did not want anything done, he just threw my keys at the counter and ignored me even more. Ask me if I will ever go back to this place. (But I tipped Charlie just for being nice).

Took my car in because of a problem with my breaking system. It’s always a bit intimidating for me to bring in my car to any auto shop because I’m afraid of not understanding the terminology - afraid of being overcharged. This isn’t the case with this Tire Kingdom location - everything was completely broken down for me. I was assisted by Hector, Alan, and Alejandro all of which have been wonderful.Hector was such a big help, he’s the definition of great customer service!!I will definitely be returning whenever I need to! 10/10 service !!

Had a great experience here! All staff made me feel like family. Mr.Rivera made me understand all the services that my car was going to get the day of my appointment. They made sure I didn’t miss any information and I am very happy about that. My car feels/ drives much better since bringing it to the shop. Thank you tire kingdom!!

Why do I need to make an appointment to change tires when you can't change one tire for 3 hrs?Called so many times to check the status, but no one answered. Unless you have an entire afternoon to waste here

I immediately felt welcomed by this group of automotive professionals at this location. This is my second time coming to this location for tire services and will continue to come! Hector, the Store Manager, is laser-focused on the success of his business and keeping customers satisfied while observing and directing his staff. He boasts a stellar team including Erkims who is the heart of operations. Zack is very agreeable and made the experience as seamless as possible. Jeff is a true expert on training and handling the coaching aspect of associates and is well-versed on relevant topics. I selected the tires he recommended. Jonathan is doing a fantastic job getting acclimated and assisted me. Kudos!

I have my mechanic I only came here by accident/emergency and I’m Truly amazed by the service of Hector the manager and Joe, I came with what I believed was a simple fix but the condition of my car made it very difficult it’s very rusted and it’s a 4x4 so the job was more difficult than originally expected with bad screws and bolts tht were breaking, I always felt sketchy about mechanics so I stick to my dads mechanic but this guys were very honest and try to fix the problem the simplest way to avoid extra charges too my bill they eventually figure a way around the problem and fix my car I must say I hve found a new mechanic for my car thanks Mr Joe for your knowledge I will recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who asks.The place is very cleanIt has a waiting area with ac while your car gets fixSnack machinesGreat attitudeThey have prices upfront how much they charge per labor etc.again Hector the manager ? quality service

Great customer service friendly and nice staff I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their tires or any issue they may have with their vehicle. I will definitely come back again.
