I have to say, this branch is outstanding! After having an extremely unpleasant experience at another branch… I came to this bank with only 7 minutes left to closing time, for a simple transaction and they accepted me with a smile on their face. Charleson was busy helping a client so he kindly and politely directed me to Jamesy, and it took him no longer than 10 minutes to help me out. Their team work is something to admire. And Thankyou north Miami Beach branch for keeping your clients happy. Your very close neighbor branch employees should be re-trained by your staff.

I chose to open an account with TD Bank because it’s supposedly “Americas most convenient bank”. After waiting almost 2 hours I finally sat with a representative & gave her all the documentation she requested. After about 20 minutes of her verifying and making copies of my documents. She asked me if I was able to come in tomorrow. She stated it’s an hour and a half process. Which she knew when she initially sat down with me. They could’ve told me when I checked in to come back but they didn’t. They decided to waste over two hours of my time. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

They should hired more peoples it seens they have plenny but alot of them are walking all over the bank doing nothing 2 or 3 hours just to ask for a replace of my card.

This branch is one of the worst in customer service. I came to do a change in my account I had to wait over 1 hour. At the time I checked in I was number 3.The employee African American with glasses he spend with a customer over 45 minutes because he was talking about personal issues with the customer meanwhile we were 5 customer waiting to be help, he didn't care about the 5 people waiting.Really bad customer service also there was no branch manager or assistant manager in duty

Branch doesn't staff enough employees. (Saturdays) Only two bankers to deal with a line of customers waiting to be seen. Even though the man an woman worked well under pressure to deal with so many people waiting, its not fair to them. There are 5 desk and only two are occupied. I watched the female banker multitask helping numerous customers at the same time, which is commendable on her end but ridiculous on the company’s end. Other branches doesn't operate like this. Shame on the staffing department

The worst experience ever. Don't go or you'll waste your time and experience. They discriminate and don't want to help you very much. They're too busy minding their own business to care about you. Especially the people at the counter.
