The worst treatment in 30 years that I have had this country. But it is the government's fault because the client is never right. Here there are groups of Hispanics but no one does anything. They dirty my envelopes. Every day they change the prices from 1.54 to another day 1.83 and today I wanted to charge 4.89 this country is useless no honesty

No one ever answers the phone. The telephone listed online is wrong, it's different than the one listed at the store. Doesn't matter because no one ever answers either line. They don't send reminders to advise if mailbox renewals are due or if there are any increase in rates. Just really poor management and it's a shame.

Diego and Michelle , besides being warm, personable and friendly, are diligent, prompt and courteous. I love having them nearby to fulfill all mypostal needs, whether faxing, emailing, copying, shipping and mailing,whether domestic or international. They are an important presencein the neighborhood of Eastern Shores and North Miami Beach. It would be difficult to find such an instrumental force as this business within the neighborhood.
