I adore this store, it’s organized, I love the ambiance the temperature the lights it’s has everything you may need from head to feet and more and the best dog stuff at a low price, you gonna find treasures here for the whole family. So glad this store chain exists, if there is a Ross I feel like at home anywhere I go ❤️ one of my must go to stores! I don’t like online shopping because I always have to send stuff back and it’s a waste of time and money so I’m very glad Ross remains to exist.

Hello My name is Nancy Fleuridor,
I usually shop at Ross because I enjoy their various options on clothes, beauty, etc. I would like to know if the manager is aware of the long lines at the store. This doesn’t make the shopping experience a pleasure. I hope in the future this can be fixed because Ross is convenient, affordable, and is considered a neighborhood shop.

Lines are always long, the alarm sensors on the merchandise CONSTANTLY go off and ring in your ear nonstop and no self-check. Overall not a great location to shop at

Worst service wanted to buy a watch standing staff doin nothing big black beared guy on entress bad behavior not helpfull at all wanted to see watch to buy and they were just delaying because they dont want to walk just few steps. Never gonna their visit here again

Clean store and well organized merchandise. The manager on duty has a bad attitude and was extremely rude. She has no business working in the retail business. I went up to the register and asked if she was able to ring up the item I had. She told me that she was I manager and it wasn’t her job to ring me up because she better things to do. She said that she didn’t like the job but was just doing it to get by. Then she when on a ten minute tirade after I shook my head at her response. She made obscene remarks about my sex life and she thought it wasn’t good. I sure hope she gets the help she needs both personally and professionally. In strongly believe the the customer service and leadership has much to be desired. I would stay away from this store. This experience was a nightmare.
