Lazy mechanic literally let me sit out there shop all day just to look at my car for ten minute and tell me they couldn’t work on it multiple times same problem returning to fix the problem all the way then complain he was to busy to finish the work I already paid in full come tomorrow tomorrow he busy same story for two weeks couldn’t get one problem fix had to go to somebody else

The name of this auto-shop very much reflects what they stand for. Their customer service is outstanding, their service is outstanding and their prices are fair. My car starter had failed and they provided such an excellent care that I won't hesitate to go back for my car needs. Thank you truly for your service.

I’m not one to vouch for mechanics, as a female that’s felt ripped off too many times. But the case has changed for me since I found Reliable Auto. It’s been a year, I don’t have problems often but the few times I have Regaldo and Carlos have been very fair, honest, and reliable. I thank God for bringing me to them . Extremely honest and nice people. Owner/main mechanic, Gerardo; his assistant, Carlos, and rest of the other mechanic make this such a trustworthy place to bring your car to be repaired. Not very often we find honest auto mechanics; but at Reliable Auto Care, you will really find the right persons and service that you can trust. You cannot find a more honest mechanic than Gerardo. He is the best mechanic in Miami. I have known him for over 10 years. He has serviced all our cars in that period of time: a 1994 Mazda that I actually bought from him and he made into a very reliable car I still drive, a 2004 Nissan, a 2007 Mercedes and my wife's 2010 Mercedes.I have highly recommended Gerardo to over a dozen people and will do so for as long as he is doing his excellent business.
