On a recent experience in this branch, I was able to resolve a matter with the special attention of the branch manager Destiny. Maggie helped me open my account. Maggie was very friendly and helpful when she walked me through all of the steps and helped me understand anything that I needed help with.Not only did she help me open but she gave me the best advice that she could when it came to the future of my child she recognized that I was young and not no knowledgeable when it came to the future wealth of my child and I so for that I was really thankful. She also gave me her number so that if I have any questions about anything dealing with finances or banking, then I would be able to reach her. I felt like more then just a customer after leaving I felt like I’m not alone in my financial journey.

Always takes forever to do transactions I don't know why they don't utilize the building. No drive up lanes and no drive through although the building has it.

This review of Regions Bank is the one located at 16051 W Dixie Hwy. I want to say while the modern conveniences of banking make it easy to NOT have to go inside, I’ve had a fabulous experience at this branch. It’s due solely on 2 people’s performance. Branch manager Destiny Cruz and Asst manager Jose Ayala turned what I thought might be a complicated issue into a seamless change. Jose kept in touch with me while things were being processed and they both expedited my paperwork as needed. More than that though, as a very long time client of Regions, both Jose and Destiny were two people that made this a very personalized experience. They are both great representation for Regions.

After experiencing some issues with another bank, I came to Regions Bank in North Miami Beach and was helped tremendously by Destiny Cruz, the branch manager. She was very professional, transparent, and an excellent communicator. She asked me great questions to understand my particulars and made wise suggestions to help me avert a potentially disastrous situation. I highly recommend her and the relationship banking experience they promulgate there.

If I could give less then one star I would. This bank does not know how to treat their customers. They are acting like they're scamming the customers. DO NOT BANK AT THIS BANK.. I'm trying to cancel and withdraw my funds, they are giving me every reason in the scammers book as a reason to delay me access to my funds. CASH DEPOSITED! They will smile in your face and assure you that the funds you deposit will be safe.. I've yet to see one penny from what I deposited.. I will be suing them! Manager Destiny Cruze, and Banker Carl who took my initial Cash Deposit

Not just the branch but the entire regions bank as a company is trash. I can’t even cash my payroll checks because I have to have that amount of money in my account already to cash the check! Who does that. I will be finding another bank to work with. Do not bank with regions.

There is inconsistency at this particular branch. I recently opened an account at a different branch and was directed to this location to pick up my physical card. I decided to open an account here and they are asking for complete different information. I thought that it's the same policies for the Bank not per branch. When the policies change per branch, it gives off at as discrimination. I'm currently waiting to speak to management about these matters

Worst branch ever. Run away from these people. Miserable, unfriendly, bitter manager and clerk. Put your money somewhere else. I don't even know why this branch is open. Everytime I need help, and I've been a client from the bank over 20 years, this branch is never capable of helping. Awful, awful, awful. I guess you must speak French to be helped here. Totally unacceptable, end of time for this branch, how can a bank allow this to happen?

Worst Region's Bank Branch Ever. They won't let me do any transactions because I no longer have the Driver's license that I opened the account with. I have a copy of my driver's license saved on my phone, my US passport, can answer all of the security questions I set up, I have my social security number and numerous other ways to verify that the accounts I have with region's are in fact mine. An ATM machine ate my check card and went to this location on a Saturday to get a new card. I was leaving the country early Monday and couldn't travel without it. The person in charge of helping me refused to help even after explaining my situation. I knew he was wrong so I was forced to raise my voice so the other customers in the very long line could here what he was doing. It wasn't until he got embarrassed that he finally called a region's helpline. When he was on the phone with them he was told that I was right and only then was he finally willing to help me. He even tried to argue with the person as if his goal was to do anything but his job. I have ran into similar situations at this branch in the past and started driving to a branch 25 minutes away which has excellent customer service. But because this branch was the only branch within an hour of me, I had to go there because I was running out of time before I had to leave for my trip. I seriously don't understand why this branch hasn't been fixed after all of the negative reviews and complaints that it receives.
