I had bought several pants and shoes at a Rainbow far from my city. And since they don't have fitting rooms, several pants were too big for me. I looked for one near my house to go return and exchange clothes. The first surprise is that this store does not give you your cash back after a week, but rather they give you a store credit. In other words, you are tied to this store. But what's really not good is that the manager when she saw me didn't even say good afternoon. The first thing she said was “why are you coming here to return, this is from another store”, I had to explain what happened, she was still upset about it. Then she said “everyone comes here to change”, she made a bad face. I felt very uncomfortable about the situation. This was on the afternoon of July 23rd. After I spend my store credit I don't plan to go back to that store.

It is an economical, cheap store, they sell clothes, shoes, women's underwear, handbags, now the cold is coming and they have brought out good coats. Personally, today I went to buy some comfortable flip-flops but they only give you 1 flip-flop as a sample and they tell you that the another is in the window, I go to the window and they give me a flip-flop of one color and another of another color, totally different colors. Although the model of flip flops was the same, the colors were different, it is a store that I recommend because of how cheap it is, the customer service is bad. The store was clean and even when I entered the store a woman who worked in the store was vacuuming since the floor of the store is carpet. It could be a better store if they improved customer service since it is a store with cheap prices and above all if they had better organized the merchandise they sell as it is possible that one of ours has the shoes available and when you look for the other shoe it is not the same color as the other shoe,. You ask for the same color and design and they tell you that it is on sale or at the checkout when you pay, and when you ask the people who work at the place they tell you that those sizes that are available are the ones that are available. in a good mood they help you look for the other shoe of the same color that you will have a hard time finding, if they improve those little things they would be a better store they would have more sales, and the customer would leave happy with the good service and with their parts of shoes of the same color without having to go looking in the window and having you as a ping pong ball, as a customer you feel that the trip was not worth it, you wasted your time and gasoline

Horrible costumer service..store #01032..cashier seems is not happy with her job..ask couple cuestions and she answer with bad attitude also coughing without cover her mouth..if she's sick at least use a mask. Oh BTW fittingroom still closed..apparently they don't want an extra work.

I didn't enjoy my recent visit here on 5/7/22. When I walked into the store, one of the workers looked at me with a look of hatred and immediately walked away as if I did something wrong. The store was very bundled up and it wasn't easy to get from one part of the store to the next. I was disappointed to see that the fitting rooms were still closed. When I went to go pay, the worker snatched the clothes out of my hands without greeting me. However, the customer that checked out before me was treated very well, the workers smiled and greeted her. It took two workers just to check out one customer. Instead of opening two registers because there was a line, the other worker refused to open another register. She decided to bag the items instead. They placed the bag on the counter and rudely told me my total. The customer service here is terrible and I don't plan on returning any time soon.

I came 15 mins before closing and she locked the door and rejected me. This is unacceptable and that is not customer service at all !

Well the second time I come to this store and this cashier forgets to ring everything together and puts the last item on a different order .Manager was very rude and talked trash about me in Spanish . Yes I am bilingual. I’m sorry I wanted to return items because they didn’t fit it happens sorry I stoped you from gossiping .I don’t have a happy experience coming to this store they aren’t happy or accommodating .

This store's Plus Size section is a small corner in the front of the store. I literally walked in and walked out. That was unacceptable to me.
