STAY AWAY THEY WILL ROB YOU. After emailing the company to return a compressor I had purchased which was unopened, they sent me instructions simply telling me to ship it back to the company and I will see the refund in my account. I was returning it because I ended up getting a new car. After 3 weeks I call because I never received my refund and the very rude woman who answers the phone said that there is no way to see if they received the compressor because the order number was not written on the box. They gave no instructions to do this and did not ask for a tracking number to be given either. They basically stole $200 from me plus shipping. I did exactly what they instructed me to do and they refuse to refund my money.

Needed a A/C compressor for my older vehicle which had seized up. Had a question so called and quickly explained the difference in the two compressors I was looking at so I was able to order the correct one which fit my need (compressor only or compressor system).Online system was easy to use and simple to order the part and was shipped out quickly and arrived on time and without issue.Installed and working great.

Took a long time to get my parts. No installation instructions for the kit. Wrong expansion tube in kit. Had to drive 70 miles on Sunday to get the right part to finish installation. But the rebuilt compressor was well done, and all the other parts were included.

I was so hesitant about ordering parts online. I called and the rep assured me took time to explain everything. The prices are affordable as well. My mechanic put the parts on and my car has been perfectly fine. Thanks you guys

The pulley bearings on my 23 y/o civic were shot along with the coil being deteriorated. Purchased this new clutch kit from R&Y. Really nice kit seems high quality and everything fit perfectly with no issues. Once I got it all back together ac is working like brand new. Thanks!

Really disappointed with my experience ordering from R&Y! Really bad customer service and very rude! They sent me the wrong compressor for my vehicle and forgot to complete my order by leaving out one of the explanation valves. Then they want me to send it back and pay for the shipping myself which comes out to $60.00 for shipping alone. So I am out the amount I paid of $379.00 and no correct AC compressor for my vehicle where I haul my kids in, they should go back and listen to my call’s since they say they record them….sorry to say but they don’t back up their jingle that plays while being placed on hold. TOTAL SCAM!!!! Buy local instead! Texas heat is no joke…

The Customer rep who help me, She was extremely Helpful & provided me with all the details I needed to make the inform decision to purchase my Brand new Compressor verses a Rebuild. I am just hoping that the warranty stated for 1 yr is valid as stated

This company is not helpful and scams you big time. My boyfriend ordered a compressor, condenser, and expansion valve. The condenser arrived damaged and he was unable to use it to fix his truck ac. He ended up having to get one in town that was more expensive. We have tried for the last month to contact them regarding a refund and we came to the conclusion that their customer service sucks. Every time we got a hold of an agent, they would transfer us or put us on hold without telling us why or who we were being transferred to. He sent them pictures and everything of the damaged product yet they only refunded him for not even half of the product. We asked to speak with a manager several times and we were transferred to a voicemail box that wasn’t even set up yet. Overall do not order from this company. You are wasting your time and money.

Was told by 2 different AC shops that I would have to replace the compressor as a new clutch was not available.We'll they where wrongEasy to order on line.The AC clutch arrived to Nova Scotia in 3 days.Part fit perfect and works well. AC back up and running.Thank you R&Y

Only place I found for a reasonably priced replacement AC clutch for an Envoy or Trailblazer. The clutch fit and worked perfectly. Delevery was 3 days after I placed the order.

Free shipping arrived in 4 days. Fit perfectly. $99 total cost to repair a/c after local shops wanted $1400 and insisted no one sells just the rebuilt clutch anymore.

Had installed Two aftermarket compressors witch both failed due to cracks in aluminum compressor housing.Looked up R & Y compressors and read the reviews. Looking at pictures seem to be better quality compressors so I took a chance on R & Y. Glad I did and would recommend R & Y A/C Compressors over other sites, Compressor was like original and operated as should with no problems. COOL AGAIN. 1996 GEO TRACKER.THANKS
