We built a spa inside our existing pool and had the inside of the pool resurfaced. Pinch-A-Penny went above and beyond to make sure our project was perfect. Every detail taken care of, very specialized attention to our project (7 days a week), and communication was and still is stellar. We use the company for our weekly service as well, for over 3 years, and very happy with them.

Billy Alejandro and his team at Pinch A Penny have certainly demonstrated what great service and concern for your customers look like. We had just moved into a house when we encountered unexpected problems and needed expert and immediate help. Literally within hours Billy analyzed the situation, developed an action plan, went out of his way to contact various vendors and solved the problem. What's more he did not take advantage of the situation, but was fair and reasonable in his charges. I for one am certainly look forward to work with Billy and his Pinch a Penny team - thank you Billy!

Horrible service. Do not recommend any association or home owner to have any kind of service from this company. No pool service provided. My pool is been leaking for over 12 month. I talked to owner that return my call in few days. I even hire a company they did fix the pool however the guy that cleans it removed plug and it started to leak again. I pains 500$ to another company. And a guy from this company came and by mistake or something removed it. I asked for invoice to even repair out of pocket but nothing. Only in few month he send it. Also, don’t underestimate why I have to pay association pool service? Pool is always dirty and leaking. Moreover when the level of water is down the water machine continues to work and the guy never switch it off.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this place, if you have never known what extreme bad service is,then go to this place, it seems that the client is going to ask for gifts and not that they are going to consume and buy,this is crazy,if I ould rate this place with 0 stars I would

We just bought a pool and have had so much issues. Finally got it working and we came to pinch a penny to buy some supplies. We spoke with Jorge who helped us understand and answered all our questions. Jorge was super helpful. Thank you

Convenient location. They are sometimes understaffed but you never have to wait too long. They always have Equipment and supply available. The water testing service is amazing and helpful. I had an issue with my chlorinator and no one can figure it out, they were able to help me find the right technician.

Poor customer service. I ordered a hand rail and steps to be installed for my pool. The service was rescheduled twice without notifying me of the changes.I had to call both times to ask if they were still coming. In addition to this when they did come unannounced the technician said that he can only install the rail and I would have to return the purchased steps to the Pinch a Penny store. To make matters worse i now have to drive up there because no one will answer the phone.

Very bad customer service I can 7 minute of the 10 minutes before cooling to do water test and they didn't want to do it!! I will never ever go back there, and I will talk to all my friend for them to don't go there either.
