Mike is the best. It is hard especially these days to find a good mechanic. But if your in need of one, Mike is the man.

My car was hit from behind on a Saturday. Juan and his team saw the car on Tuesday, ordered new trunk & hood and I got the car back looking brand new the following Saturday. Great job, answer phones, very courteous.

Submit the owner name one Pasco isn't amazing man! He seems honest but quoted me one price and charged me more and they may have run into problems in the midst of my 2 month car repair! He did order me all original parts and told me that he saved my old parts however due to his lack of qualified staff they did not provide me with the old Parts upon leaving and they still have to obtain an antenna in which they broke off the top of my car while putting on a tarp! I was quoted One price and then charged much more a total of over $4,000 for my experience there disappointed! The owner is off the premises and out of town a lot and the people there don't speak fluent English so it's hard to communicate with them! Mr Pasco is actually a friend of a friend of mine and tries to do his best but just doesn't have quality workers or can't find quality workers I might and so it's not his fault but I believe that he takes on way too many cars for the facility to handle!

I went for an oil change a month and a half ago. They told me I also needed new tires and to replace my battery. I agreed and paid over $600 for these services, as I was 9 months pregnant and didn't have time to wait. The day I went into labor I went to my car to head to the hospital and low and behold it was completely dead, wouldn't start. I had to Uber to the hospital. After being in the hospital for two weeks I finally got home to deal with my car. I had to have it towed, in which they towed it to the nearest mechanic who tested the battery only to determine it was a bad battery they had installed at Phoenix. I had my newborn with me who was waking up at the time so I quickly had the mechanic replace the battery so I would have a car in case of emergencies. When I tried to return the battery to Phoenix, they absolutely refused. Saying they would only replace the battery! What am I supposed to do with 2 batteries!?! Absolutely ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer to them for 7 years. I will never return. Their customer service is absolutely terrible not to mention absolute lack of empathy and ability to take care of their loyal customers.

If i could give less then 1 star i would ! They have had my car since July 19th ! They have given me every run around under the sun both my bank and insurance company have said they have never delt with a body shop so irresponsible and unprofessional.. from Claudia the rudest front desk person to ever be ... down to Robert who really doesnt care about anything or anyone but money.. its disgusting that they minute they feel like they can take advantage of you they lock you in ... my cars been foxed for over 2 weeks and they refuse to release my car over a dispute with the insurance company yet they feel they can charge me 500+ on storage fees... literally endured mental torture from them calling every single day ... i lost my job and suffered greatly all at the hands of them... this business needs to be shut down immediately ... after this review my lawyer instructed me to not say anything elses ... but fare warning this place will do everything and anything to hurt you and steal your money !

These people are the worst. They totally messed up my Honda. They stole parts from me, and took advantage of the fact that I'm a woman. They had my car over six weeks just letting it sit there. Please beware. They are crooks. They give you old parts and take your new parts. They basically messed up my whole engine. The absolute worst, and the owner is never there.

Do not go here. As if you needed more bad reviews but these guys completely trashed my vintage 1962 ford pickup truck and lied about replacements, parts, costs, time labor ect. I have them on tape saying the owner told them to be dishonest with us. Unless they reach out to offer funds or to fix it then.... we will you in small claims court!

They did not answer the phone number listed. When I received a call back it was a text message in Spanish, why can't we all just speak one language? Want my business respond to me in the language I understand.

Phoenix Complete Auto Care is the worst auto repair shop I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. My elderly father-in-law was forced to take his car here for brakes and they returned it only to have the brakes totally fail on him in traffic ONE DAY LATER. Thankfully he was okay but when he returned the car, they kept it for over 2 months claiming not to know what the problem was. When I wanted to take it elsewhere, they said the brakes were jammed and it couldn't be moved. THIS IS A REPAIR SHOP! They only took further action after I stepped in with a mechanic friend and threatened to take legal action. What these people are doing is criminal and I am in the process of filing a formal claim against them with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture. They charged my father-in-law for AFTERMARKET PARTS including $390 for a brake booster and $308 for a master cylinder. Both of the prices are actually MUCH higher than the Volkswagen parts from the factory (which I confirmed with a simple phone call). At the end, the scammed him out of $1,168.00!! On top of all this, when they finally returned the car, not only did the brakes still not work correctly, the emergency brake didn't work at all (it was working fine when the car was taken the first time) and someone had stolen the VW decals from each of his 4 rims. If you have been a victim of Phoenix Complete Auto Care, I encourage you to use the Motor Vehicle Complaint Form on the Dept. of Agriculture website and file a formal complaint as I am doing. If you haven't taken your car here, do yourself a favor and stay away. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
