Absolutely useless. Yesterday I saw a cat that I really wanted to adopt… today I went there to check on it and ask a few questions for the adoption and the kitten wasn’t there…I asked if the kitten got adopted and they couldn’t answer me. A mess of “I don’t know” “I’m not sure if the kitten got adopted”. I’m super disappointed also because this morning I made three calls making sure if the cat was there and they told me yes…

Expensive dog food and no one to ask questions to. Which might be good as I would never believe them ever. They should at least screen their future employees with some working knowledge of pets, nutrition and healthy decisions. Most of the dog chow they stock are not good for your dogs and the help don't have a clue. Same with their groomers. They don't know what they are doing also. There might be one at this store in the grooming department who does do know what he is doing, but the others are just lost. Unfortunately this guy is always booked. Says something doesn't it. In addition, my credit card information was stolen at this store, but the bank noticed and flagged it out and notified me so I could deny the charge. I will never go back to this store again. There is a competitor store closed to where I live and Amazon is just a click away. Amazon has a much larger selection including pet co products which are cheaper on Amazon than they are in the store. But the stealing of my credit card information was the icing on the top to make my decision.

I went to this store to get a product to relieve my dog’s eye irritation. I searched this specific store online and I searched their products. The price online was $18.99. When I went to the store the price was $25.99. When I asked the cashier about why the price in the store was more. Their response was they couldn’t explain why the price was different. So I went to another pet supply store and bought a similar product for much less. When I went back to this store I asked to return the product I had just purchased, I asked for a manager so I could understand why I was being charged more. I was told that that was the online price and they would have honored that price. But, as a customer I should have exercised “Due Diligence “ to make sure I was being charged the correct price.??!?? And that if I had shown them the online price they would have honored it. I thought I did when I told the cashier. ??? Plus, I went to that store’s website and searched for that product! Why didn’t they indicate that it was only online??? Warning to all customers… Do your “due diligence “ and check your prices. I personally, will just not shop there anymore.

This is a corporation that doesn't have any consideration for the animals they sale, just merchandise, some fishes are use as a food for the expensive ones and they don't feed them, they let them to die.
I bought 4 plants for my aquarium, there is a label that state: registered shoppers have 50% discount...LIE... is 20%.
I don't like to do business with liars.
