I found Miami Bicycles after a bad experience that I had at another shop called No Boundaries Sport. I needed to have a flat repaired on my electric bicycle and they did an excellent job while treating me like a valued and respected customer. The repair technician took the time to explain to me what caused my tire to go flat and fixed it within one hour. He also tightened up some other issues that he found and delivered my bike back to me in excellent working order. I have no problem with recommending these guys for service on your bicycle. They also have some beautiful high end bicycles for sale which is something that I may look into at a later date.

I got clipped in traffic (again) and managed to drag my bike to this shop. Not only did they help me out right away but Andre(not Sergio or Carlos :D) even gave me a loaner bike to ride home. Tks Andre!

The best and most customer service oriented bike shop in Miami. I've been going here since 2003 and this is still the only shop that I go to for repairs and tune-ups.Most recently Andrey went above and beyond to help find a broken suspension part on a giant mtb that I purchased at this shop in 2012. A bike that is over 10 years old and Andrey searched all over to find the right replacement part.I can't thank him enough and the entire team for all their help in keeping my now, classic mtb, in excellent riding shape.Thank you!

Andrey is a great humanitarian. I asked him for an inexpensive bike for one of my students who walks almost 2 miles to school everyday and he donated one instead. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I came in to get a simple rear tube replacement on my Se duro because it was leaking air and they somehow broke the bolt that holds my seat. And the tube they replaced it with was a 27.5x2.5 when my bike is a 27.5x3.0. And the valve stem the tube came with LEAKS AIR. I left with more problems than i came in with. Dont come here if u own a Se or throne

Professional and high quality care for bikes of any age. I got a hand-me-down that needed some care. The guys at the shop were kind and efficient, and the turnover was really fast. I recommend this shop over corporate shops in the area for great care and super resonable prices.

This place is awesome. I took my yeti to 3 different bike shops to get rhe gears adjusted and no one could .it took these guys no time to do so. I highly recommend this shop .really nice guys

You wanna go fast? This is the place. I remember my dad told me, if your not first you are last. This store sells the supplies to win. You will always be first. Check it out for all your bike needs, from seat clamps to entire bike set ups. Broken chains no problem, come here and buy 2 chainz! Or put a few on.

Every time I go to this business Jake the mechanic tells me he cannot take my bike because he is to busy. Three times I came and he would not help me. Shame on you!!!!!!
