Horrible!! Do not deal with Metro. I go to activate a replacement phone I just received in the mail because the 1st phone has a damaged screen I cannot authenticate the account. So the instructions say go to a Metro PCS store to activate. I get here and they give instructions to go into corporate! Right corporate!! Because they "cannot verify my acct." Mind you, this is the SAME location I purchased the phones from. So you can't go in your system to locate my information. Then... I ask for a refund because I just purchased this replacement phone and the rep say you have to call 611!! I then say... how can I dial 611 if you could NOT activate the phone what is the 800#.. The store rep says I don't have an 800# I can only give you 611!!! WTH! So now I got a phone they cannot activate and cannot get my refund because they only have 611. Straight Metro PCS (piece of S).
I'm done! Save your money, your peace, and your time!

Here, they don't even recognize you when you walk in the door. They just continue doing what they are doing or talking to who they're talking to. Don't look up to say hello, boo, or I'll be right with you or anything. I walked around in there for five minutes or more, looking at phone cases I got tired and just walked out and no one cared. I don't think they're trained for actual customer service.

I went there because my phone data is not working....after he kid who works there told me it had to be a phone issue, i switch the phone for what i was charged and the issue continued. I was charged, problem was not fixed and he said there is nothing he could do. Really bad service and useless.

I went into this location to add international calling from Canada and Mexico to my plan. I have had this addition to my calling plan multiple times in the past, using it when I would travel and canceling it when I returned home. The first associate went into my account on her computer and then called over another associate, possibly a manager, who informed me that this particular add-on was no longer available - no explanation and neither one thought to call in to customer service to get some further guidance. I left the store dejected because I was sure that this add-on is still available for an additional $5 per month. After I got home, I contacted customer service and they were most helpful by setting up the additional service that I wanted and they even upgraded my service, saved me $5 per month on my calling plan and gave me unlimited 5G service where I only had 5 GB per month previously. Got a phone and plan in this location and helped by Ashron - the best customer service from 4 different Metro locations!! Very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant, highly recommended!!
