I showed up to the establishment at 8:33. The sign says they close at nine p m, but the attendant refused to give me any service in proceeded to turn off the lights prior to the closing time. Terrible service probably never come back

We had to come in Metro to see if we were able to get my boyfriend a new phone since his was giving him issues. He had a Galaxy A54 which was used for less than a year and have been giving him a lot of connectivity issues and slow speeds. We had asked if he would be able to purchase a new phone and to keep the current SIM card with his contacts and information since it was important for him to keep all of that alongside his phone number. The employee that helped him out told him that they cannot transfer the SIM and once the phone is swapped, it'll be a new phone number which we were confused about. My boyfriend tried to pick out the same phone model which was roughly around $550 listed. The clerk told him that he would try to see if they can keep the phone number which the total came out to $660. He told us to wait a bit while he works it out, then tried to charge my boyfriend $800+ for the entire total which threw us off completely. Plus we were told he couldn't keep his phone number. We weren't pleased at all by the results and recommended my boyfriend to try the T-Mobile nearby which they were able to help us and told us that it is possible to transfer a SIM to a new phone with no issue and Metro had been overcharging us. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Apparently this store has unscrupulous practices for the sake of commissions. I went in to buy a phone with a new line. The sales person Rose told me the price of the phone was $229. I didn't mind, but she failed to tell me that the phone was actually free with new line activation.I requested a receipt. She had charged me $50 for a case she told me was $20. $50 for Earbuds she said were free and $50 for a screen protector I didn't ask for. Alex, whom I assume is some sort of store manager at one point stood behind Rose and told her how good she is. Rose then told me that they were listed on the receipt like that for inventory purposes. Bottom line they refused to give me my money back, becuase the screen protector and case were opened. But they were opened by Rose, not me. Buyer beware, avoid this store.

I needed a new phone because my phone died and wouldn't charge. Was told by a "lovely" representative that I had to give a call to the owner of the account to authorize the transaction - hard to do without a working phone- representative didn't even bother calling the user for me or offering to, he wouldn't even give me the phone number of the user. Won't go back here - left immediately and now on my way to AT&T. Switching providers entirely since they're rude and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing :)

The customer service over there is horrible. It's as if the reps over there do not want to assist you. I came in looking for assistance and the rep just left me to assist somebody else without notification. I never been to the store where they feel like the customer is obligated to buy from them.

It is usually a nightmare when I go to a T-Mobil store. I had fraud on my phone and I was dreading the usual long wait and surly salesperson. Luckily I came in and was immediately helped by Ashley D lwho is a true sales professional! I'm a Top Toyota is Pro and know exceptional customer service. Ashley went so far above and beyond for me, truly refreshing. If you need a phone, go in and ask for Ashley. You'll be glad you did.....

If I could give a 0 rating this place deserves it. Luis takes advantage of older people and this store should be closed down. I will be submitting a formal complaint to T-Mobile and the BBB as well.

If I can give them less stars I would ... worse service ever ! Don't go there ... beyond incompetent staff ... you're better off calling customer service ... I usually drive out to the location in Pembroke Pines but since I live close I figured I would just go to a location close to my house ... but as I can see I'm better off driving the distance ... the staff gave me a 2 second answer when I had to wait in line to be helped ... didn't resolve any issue I had not did they try to point me in the right direction... I normally don't complain but Really ! Save ur time and don't come to this spot ...

My phone stopped working and I needed my phone for work ASAP!! A friend recommended Ryvamp in the Mall. So, I tried them out and they fixed it in 10 minutes without an appointment! whhaaat!! Happy client here! Thanks a lot!

The regular car wash is $15, ladies pay $10 on Thursdays. It is mobile car wash, so they don't have a room you could stay in. You get an old chair though, and if you're lucky a shadow from the tree! It was two guys who were cleaning the car. Older man did great job inside of the car, it's spotless! The guy who did outside, did an awful job. He left front window dirty and the hood still had dirty spots and streaks. He finished so quickly that he had a chance to take a nap while the old man was cleaning inside of the car.

I met a young lady by the name of Bianca and when I tell u she has one of the best personality i have ever came across. She kept me laughing and smiling through out the whole transaction. I recommend going to this metro i hope the other coworkers are just as vibrant as her

This is the best metro pcs I have ever been to. Fantastic customer service. Employee Bianca has got to be the best sales person I have ever met. Will definitely be coming again.
