Nelo deserves more than 5 stars, he was absolutely incredible - a real hero! He is super transparent and willing to help you when in need! We rented a convertible in Miami this past week and my husband took off his wedding ring and placed it on the center console. It slid down and fell into the actual console so we were not able to retrieve it or see it. I luckily found Nelo on google and gave him a ring. He was able to give me a quick assessment on the phone and encouraged me to come in so that he could more accurately provide an estimate. He was really busy (business must be great!) but was able to fully accommodate and retrieved the ring! He had to actually take the whole center console apart and it only took him 2 hours! The other place we went to said it would take them over 11 hours, wow! He even sent us a full video explaining what he did and how he was able to retrieve it. He truly saved the rest of the trip and made my day! Thank you so much Nelo, you are the best!Service: General repairs & maintenance
