I had purchased a ring, and not even 24 hours later it was turning black. The place is half an hour away from me. So I had to drive back to get it replaced. Before going, I sent a few DM’s and one email. Until this day, no one ever got back to me. Once I drove there, the young lady at the register was very nice. However, despite her blowing up the managers phone, she never picked up. She didn’t even get back to me. I decided to exchange the ring because I was not about to return back or wait any longer. I had to pay a $5 difference for the new ring. The new ring is pretty, but once again you can tell the material is super cheap. The shine left away and looks like it’s slowly starting to tarnish. I’ve bought rings from many places, including Shein, and these rings are just horrible. The shein rings have better quality. The rings here are $30+. I won’t even bother to send a DM or even go back because they suck when it comes to reaching back out to their guests or giving a refund. This was just my experience but hope this doesn’t happen to anyone. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the nice employee at the register. But quality and manager getting back are horrible.

BLACK BROWN CUSTOMERS DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE.Racist and Rude.I have been to this store at least 10x with my family. I will never give them my business again.Follow you through the store. Tell you they are watching you and your kids and belittle you constantly.The white guests do not receive the same treatment

Friday, July 7th, I was scheduled for 2 MRIs."HOUSTON..We have a problem"...There was an ear piercing in my right ear;(Tragus) I was unable to remove the piercing. A couple of nurses offered assistance to no avail. The Supervising Technician said for my safety, "No MRI until the earring is removed".A friend immediately took me to the nearest ear piercing studio. We ended up at Lenozella Boutique and Piercing, North Miami Beach.I was greeted by a lovely lady named Jenny. She clearly understood my dilemma and agreed to assist me. Jenny was professional, kind, gracious, and friendly.Within minutes, the earring was removed. Jenny refused to accept a monetary form of gratitude. I then left the boutique to ready myself for a rescheduled appointment.The 2 MRIs were completed that afternoon.The next day, Friday, I returned to see Jenny and extend a proper Thanks A Mil because I was mildly sedated the day before. She still would only accept a verbal Thanks. I then scheduled an appointment for an ear piercing next week.Unfortunately, I had to reschedule. I then met another employee via cell phone named Yana. She was very helpful, informative, and professional.Friday, a week after the MRIs, I met Goldie, Owner/Ear Piercer. I was scheduled for 2 piercings and ended up getting 5 ear piercings. Goldie was professional, patient, a creative designer, and on point regarding health and cleanliness protocols.I highly recommend Lenozella Boutique and Piercing.17810 W Dixie Highwy Suite A, North Miami, FL 33160 (305)403-9298Thanks A Mil Jenny you made it happen.On Wednesday, August 9th I was scheduled for 2 more MRIs.This time, I was able to remove the earrings. However, I could not replace the earrings.Of course, I returned to Lenozella. It seems my holes were closing. Apparently, my ears heal like with the quickness.Jenny to the rescue again. She was able to put in a couple of earrings. Then Goldie completed the task.These women at Lenozella are amazing!Lenozella is now my ear piercing Boutique EXCLUSIVELY. Just Rude. Walked in with my family and the employee immediately turned her camera screen around to show my son that she was recording him, she then followed me and my 8 year old granddaughter around telling us not to touch anything. Honestly. You will not win customers that way. I wanted to get my son a bracelet for fathers day, but refuse to give business to people like this. Besides, the store is a bunch of overpriced cheap stuff. You’ll do much better buying from @daddydaughterjewelry, beautiful handmade jewelry or @swagychic, more variety, better prices.

Goldie is definitely an expert when it comes to piercings and infections. She is very generous with her knowledge. I have an infected nose piercing from an at home job and she really did an amazing job supporting comforting and reassuring I’ll be ok. I did not receive my piercing from her so she doesn’t need to advise me anything but she did anyways. She is clearly a very caring and kind person. I would definitely recommend her for piercing and feel safe with her.

Such a lovely little boutique with so many unique items, it’s really tough to choose!! Everyone was so friendly and so incredibly polite. Thank you for the fabulous service!! Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Florida.
