Stay away from this establishment. I was turned away twice when I wanted to use a guest pass and decide whether I want to sign up for a membership myself. The assistant manager, Angel, is unaccommodating and I will probably never visit any one of these chains thanks to him.

Worst costumer service ever, both in person and over the phone. Super rude and impatient. Definitely don’t recommend this location at all. I wish I could upload a recording of my recent phone conversation with them.

Take my niece to swimming lessons here. It's only 30 minutes long. Staff is ok.
