Jackson north medical Center inpatient rehabIs the best experience that I’ve ever had all the inpatient therapist and doctors went above and beyond to assure my care and independence. I am grateful for the care that I received.

Worst hospital ever. A nurse told me that I could possibly have cancer not fully knowing what was going on. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Worst Hospital you could ever go to. When you walk in the person that os supposed to do intake is never at the desk. They are rude to the patients. It takes 4-7 hours for a test to come back. Don't get me wrong I know that at times there are people in a worst condition then you may be in but it's really sad. I am going to write a letter to the governor regarding this Hospital. When you ask for the Director of the hospital they direct you to another department. Just sad.

My father got bed sores and a blood clot, while being treated for pneumonia and a fracture in his back. He also had sepsis and we didn't find out until he went to a nursing home. Communication is very poor. A elderly person who can't walk ended up with worse issues that is continuing til this day. I don't recommend this hospital

Terrible experience I have been to multiple hospitals. I came 2 different occasions and staff must be low. Took them 7 hours for an ultrasound and xray. They will catch an attitude when you mention the wait. I had two CT scans come back inconclusive they seem to be pretty incompetent at this hospital.

RN Aldrin, Carla PCT and Jenny RN, all helped take care of my elderly mom, Carmen. They were very kind, very patient with her and explained every step of her treatment to us. They are all great nurses and great assets to Jackson Hospital. Thank You to all of them.

The rehab wouldn’t see my father because he didn’t come 30mins before (45mins according to the girl working rehab front desk 2nd floor) and pushed his date to register so far back like they don’t care for his rehabilitation or are trying to discourage him from coming. A couple things didn’t make sense like why it’s so far until his next appointment but if he were to be registered there are more days available per week for rehab. This place is NOT the same as the Christine Lynn building at Jackson memorial their facility is laughable compared to it. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE UNFRIENDLY STAFF and obviously subpar care

The nurses in the neonatal ward do a very good job. Especially Katty took care of all our problems day and night and made us feel at ease. Thank you very much.

My husband was rushed into the ER on Monday at around noon with all of the signs of meningitis, encephalitis, or at the very least a hemiplegic migraine. The staff was so incredibly rude, lazy, and unwilling to take any sort of urgency. They were belittling and nasty, trying to make me feel stupid for having major concern for what was going on. I like to think I'm an overly friendly person but that made zero difference with them. Our nurse Ashleigh clearly did not want to be there, and couldn't give two rips about her patients. She was a passive agressive witch - withheld pain medications, would flip all the lights on every time she came in, would sit him up uncomfortably and then leave him like that, etc etc. Unprofessional and absolutely shouldn't have her job at a hospital. The ER took so long to do anything at all, that the most important test had to be pushed off to the next morning, and we were left with no choice but to hook my husband up to antibiotics and antivirals, rendering all tests that next day inconclusive. I would sooner go to any other hospital in South Florida

I reported to this ER for stomach issues that turned into an almost every other night thing because they did not treat me properly and started not to take me seriously.I complained about a sore throat in the midst of still having stomach issues and was told by the doctor on call at the ER to just “do some lemon and honey or take some throat lozenges” for a throat that was both sore inside and out.I had to have rescue rush me to the hospital 2 days after due to seizure/stroke like symptoms just to find out there was an abscess in my throat from pharyngitis. All this while still suffering stomach issues that have not been properly cared for -the lady in the front checking people in has glasses and seems to be bi-racial - speaks both English and Spanish and is very rude to people who basically ask her anything at all.I’ve watched her ignore people in the 1000 times I’ve been there in just 3 weeks but am currently preparing a hefty lawsuit for several reasons.I honestly pray and plan to take this place out of service single handedly.I wouldn’t even want a dog to die here. And whoever Joesph Flagg is is a COKEHEAD I know a drug addict when I see one.Sad to see they have people like that a a hospital working.

This is the WORST hospital that I have ever been to!. DON'T go to this Emergency room!. Especially if You are Black and poor!. Although some of the nurses were GREAT the doctors are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and INCOMPETENCE!. Before the doctor knew that I had insurance she was ready to run Me out of there on a rail!. But when she realized that I DID have insurance she came back and LIED to Me about the results of My CT scan diagnosis and tried to admit Me and order thousands of dollars worth of tests! When I questioned her about it and asked to SEE the results she said that I didn't have the right to see My own test results!. This a flat out lie and a VIOLATION of HIPAA LAWS!. Do not use this hospital!!!.
