Spoke with a representative by phone regarding some general topics pertaining to. Cats and dogs. He was very professional stating that the he will follow up as to why there was no reply to the email; aside from saying the facility gets busy. However, no call back after an email was sent 3-4 weeks ago to the Director, Josie. The call goes to a Voicemail also. Disappointing. At least listen to the community. There are some people with good input and suggestions. The lack of response really leaves you wondering.....Thank you to those who truly make a difference. If only we could all pick and chose what we do and don’t do in our professional jobs.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had with the Humane Society of Greater Miami and their adoption process, specifically involving a staff member named Diana.My ordeal began at the Humane Society in Doral, Florida, where I fell in love with a kitten named Bonita. I was told she had been adopted by another rescue team and sent to the Humane Society of Greater Miami. Despite the long drive of over an hour and a half, I went there only to find out that Diana, who supposedly oversees a foster program, had taken Bonita.We were told that Bonita would be placed in a foster home for a few weeks and then made available for adoption at a Pet Supermarket. We asked if we could reserve Bonita due to our long travel distance. The response was that we had to monitor the website and Instagram for her availability and call to find out which Pet Supermarket she would be at.We drove up and down several times and called multiple times, only to get the same unhelpful response. Despite reaching out to Diana via email, I never received a response. For three agonizing weeks, we checked online multiple times a day, only to be told when we called again that Bonita had already been adopted as soon as she was done with the foster program.This entire process was beyond frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Diana's complete lack of communication is utterly unacceptable. It's outrageous that an organization supposedly dedicated to finding homes for stray animals would make it so difficult for a willing adopter to give a kitten a loving home.Diana's incompetence and disregard for potential adopters are a disgrace to the Humane Society of Greater Miami. I urge anyone considering adopting from this organization to think twice and be prepared for a frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately disappointing experience.The Humane Society of Greater Miami needs to seriously reevaluate their staff and procedures to prevent others from going through the nightmare I experienced.

We arrived by reference from an acquaintance for the first consultation and to vaccinate our pet. We were well cared for and they gave us all the recommendations after applying the vaccine and care suggestions because it is a small puppy. I was also able to observe that the pets found and recovered were well cared for, they had water and food and a space that was not very large but appropriate for the task. They had parking and a store with assorted products. I would recommend it, good work.

They had a wonderful building that was clean, the staff were super kind and helpful, and everything was easy to navigate. All of the animals we viewed were taken care of very well. No mess. Can't wait to hopefully take our little guy home from these lovely people.

Our Maltipoo was spayed on April 9th of this year and we were very happy with how she was treated. This clinic is top notch. From beginning to end, the entire staff was courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this clinic for all of your furry family member needs.
