I've been going to Diego for my hair color for many years. I love him and all the people in the salon. The ambiance is relaxed, clean and friendly, and they really take care of pandemic protocols.

I took my daughter in to do her hair for her birthday she wanted blue hair so the lady went put the highlights put the Blue in her hair after she washed it out and blowdried it it was green so I told her I didn’t want green I wanted blue so she put the bule in and re-dated When she was finished with her hair the blue was all over her shirt all over her face it was everywhere

Not very quick to give negative reviews as I'd prefer to give the benefit of the doubt and work with the employer for any resolutions. However, this salon refuses to work with me. I purchased a Blow-out package from Groupon that consists of 2 deep conditioning treatments with blow-outs. After reviewing the fine-print, it does not state anywhere that they do not honor Groupons for weekend appointments. The salon owner refuses to honor it and says it's her policy and she honors it however she sees fit. Now, I'm very much willing to see if we could work something out, but due to the fact that for the times that I have come to this salon and paid full price for services before, it leaves me to wonder why they wouldn't honor it for a paying customer. Due to that outcome they've left me no choice to voice my concerns regarding their customer service, or lack their of. If they were even willing to work with me and trade in the value of the Groupon for any services, I would be happy to oblige for the effort. No effort, no service. For the times I have paid full price, the blowout was decent. However, if you don't speak spanish in this salon, you're left to entertain yourself on your phone during your service.

I redeemed a groupon and was about to give a one star due to the lack of organization upon arrival for my appointment. My stylist was running 45 minutes-behind schedule. Another stylist was late and her client waited one and a half hours for her to show up! The end result was beautiful so I hope they can work out these timing issues with the staff. Also they should be serving water or offering coffee to their clients to make them more comfortable. The decor and ambiance of the salon lacks luster!

They offer a groupon but don’t offer it for Saturday’s when there is no mention of that anywhere in the groupon. I cancelled mine the second after I called. Make your rules clear online or accept all payments for all days.

The best salon in the area. The owner is a color specialist and did exactly what I wanted. My color came out beautiful and I'm extremely happy with my hair.

Had to go in twice because they didn’t do what I asked the first time around and of course the second time it came out even worse and they even made me pay for it although it was their mistake. They also ruined my purse and did nothing about it. The AC Wasn’t working and they didn’t even offer to give me a cup of water. Honestly it was a horrible experience and I don’t suggest anybody ever going there.
