Today which is October 16, 2023 at about 4pm I went to the Gold Star coin laundry which is located in North Miami Beach near the Crispy Cream donut place. This lady who is either the owner or someone who works there. She threw soapy dirty laundry bleach water right in front of my car bumper. When I asked her what was that about. she got more upset. Furthermore, She sucked her teeth and putted her hand on my face then walked away. I know she was trying to set me up to fight her, but It did not work. There was not anyone I can complaint to because she would not give me any time of the day to give me any number. I had to look at the name of the laundry on google and writing this complaint, This place is a war zone . I will not go back ever again. I am letting you guys know not to visit this location. Thank you for reading!

In the incident where the lady complained about water splashing on her car: 1) Car is parked on sidewalk adjacent to laundry which is not a designated parking. 2) Her car is more exposed to getting bumped by a laundry basked car than plain water. 3) I attend the laundry regularly and staff and owners have to put up with rude and petty customers on a daily basis. 4) This is North Miami.... what else can you say!

I got ripped off by two dryers for more than seven quarters and my clothes are still coming out of huumid!!; the ladyWorking there was not helpful at all she said that it's not her problem she also said to blame the owner that robbed me!!!! I had the problem with two dryers I put 8 quarters in each of my comforter is still came out humid and wet

This is a very good laundry Matt except when Maria is there. Cathy is the only employee that knows how to operate a laundry Mat and gives very good customer service. Maria Doesn’t know anything , she’s doesn’t speak English and does not help customers with their problems.

This laundry is convenient with 24-hour access but a little pricey. The neighborhood is sketchy, and there are people hanging around, so be cautious and watch your belongings. Overall, it gets the job done if you need to do laundry outside of regular business hours.

The parking lot is so dirty, full of trash… like most commercial parkings in this neighborhood. Both owners and residents are responsible for this. Feels likes we’re living in the slums …. Such a disrespectful and shameful attitude to think it’s ok to trough garbage anywhere on the street, roads, peoples front yards. When will this neighborhood evolve from what feels like a third world country?! Our planet isn’t a trash can. Respect it, for the sake of our children…Update 1/17/2023: The response from the Owner is not acceptable. The photos are form YOUR parking lot. I cannot believe that it is cleaned daily but if that is the case, then you should clean it more often or educate people and put signs that littering is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Our planet is not a trash can.

Visited on yesterday 08/25/21 approximately around 4:00a.m. I go early in the mornings to avoid crowds. Place was dirty no attended on duty trash every where and to top that they have went up on the price to wash and lowered temperatures on dryers that way you spend more to dry clothes. I have been coming to this laundry mat since they open Gold star coin laundry. Please see pictures. They will no longer have my business will be taking my business elsewhere because this place is unsanitized and dirty, trash everywhere which needed to be in garbage bins. Please note and see all pictures enclosed. And when attended came on duty she made no attempt to clean up none at all. ???This place don't even deserve one star they need to be negative and in the red zone meaning proceed with caution.Update:I went back to Gold Star Coin Laundromat on Monday (06/27/22) approximately (10) months after the current review not much has changed it was approximately around 5:00a.m. the place was cluttered with trash every where quite a disappointment to me.(See additional enclosed pictures)Please note if you attend this laundromat please check your water I was moved to check the water as I had indicated hot water on the machine as I added my detergent I let my hand feel the water it was cold water but I indicated hot water so please note that when you put machine for hot water you are being deceived only cold water is coming out of machines. I was very disappointed because my white clothes came out dingy and not clean at all. No attended that I could address issue to was on duty. I believe the area where you can buy washing products address your concerns don't open until around 8:00a.m. or 8:30a.m.I will no longer contribute to this establishment I do not recommend this place at all. Also when an attendant came on duty around 5:30a.m. she was of no help to me she was of Hatian decent and did not understand my concerns because she couldn't speak English or understand me. Most of the dryers had blue tape covered over the area where you add coins meaning it was out of order, another disappointment to me. The dryers I used was moderately warm to hot but not hot enough I had to use more coins than I expected. I was sweating the attendant on duty did not turn the fans on until 7:00a.m. by the time I left this establishment my simple yet cool clothing was drenched (wet) from my sweating. I will find another more clean and comfortable establishment to go to after this unfortunate experience. I tried after (10) months I revisited this laundromat and nothing much has changed. The water is cold when you indicates hot water on the machine this is very deceptive and not good at all. So if you attend it's at your own risk. My advise is to proceed with caution check your water otherwise you will not have a good experience at this establishment.***Please note the last (2) pictures are the added pictures I could have added more but with my disappointment I did not want to take more the place was dirty with trash all over down each row of machines. I always dispose my empty laundry products in the garbage bins provided. Why individuals just drop or leave their empty laundry products on the floors and table, I can't answer that only they can.My time and money is valuable to me so I will no longer return or come to this establishment.

Use to go here alot, and it has not aged well very dirty and the water in the machines smelled moldy,dirty, like sewer water, sad cuz its not even 6years old. The owner responded to how i can smell the water while machines are running???? Well when the machine stops running and you open the door the stench and nasty smell hits you right in your nostrils?

Those costumers are very irrespectful, the black woman parking in disable space when I took my clothes the car she moved her car try to hit me,she didn't care.the place is dirty but the prices for services is too high.
