I had a package to send via FedEx, and needed a drop box. I googled it and found one was right next to the complex I was at. The box was located in front of the store, and that quickly it was over and done!

DO NOT USE THESE EMPLOYEEES THAT ARE FEDEX EMPLOYEES! I had my aunt ship me food FedEX Priority Overnight. came 3 day late. Food was not usable. Called to file claim told that the shipper had to make the claim at the store delivery was made. 80 Year old aunt went and was told she had to make the claim here is the 800 number. Call 800 number no have to be done at shipper. So I looked up the address and went to call and guess what! Its the same 800 number so I call them back told them the above and was told well it has to be done at the store? This is just crazy! It like they have a policy of making you go in circles so I will take the lost and use UPS next time!

Do not drop off any packages here. They “lost my return package” and now having trouble getting refund. They are thieves. No accountability whatsoever.

They say they knock on your door and it never happens... that's when you have to bother getting in the car and going to the place to pick up the package. FedEx Disaster

Where do I start. I shipped a large heavy package at this location. 2 weeks later I receive notification that the package is still in my city but at a different location and I need to pick it up. I go to pick it up and the packaging is absolutely destroyed. No one can give me information as to why my package was opened and why it never got delivered. I take it home. Re wrap everything and when I go to reship it I get told I'd be charged again. Mind you it was 169 dollars to ship it the first time. When I explained the situation to the manager on duty November 14 2023. All he could do is give me customer service number. I called 5 times no one ever picked up. I asked him to call and he said the same thing is going to happen if he calls. He can't do anything about it. Call customer service. Never again will I use fedex for anything.

God the customer service here is terrible!!! The employees are so rude! Never again! Next time I have to pick up the package I will demand it be delivered to me or sent to another location. Never want to step foot in here again. The employee that assisted me did not have a name badge. I visited the location on a Tuesday afternoon at around 645pm. I walked out not a thank you, nothing. All she said was “that’s it, next in line.”
