I went into this spot the other day and wow!!! Absolutely beautiful and amazing! Very clean store, great selection of products and the lady that helped me Jalisca was everything! She was knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect garnet in the perfect size. I was in and out with what I wanted in less than 10 min. Definitely check this place out if you are in the market for a Girdle, faja, or waist trainer.

I went looking for my faja after my surgery and I’m so glad I went here. The girls helped me get in and out of my faja just bring a few days out of surgery. They mentioned after a few days or week the game will start getting bigger because my body was adjusting to its new shape. When that happens I went back in and they did alterations to my fajas. I’m so happy I came here to be honest I felt so comfortable and felt amazing because the quality and treatment of customer service was amazing. Don’t shop around they literally have the best of the best

I needed a post-lipo garment.I bought a size that was too small and returned to the store for an exchange, The lady there helped me select if I wanted to exchange the garment, get a refund or alter the garment I purchased. She was so nice and helpful- after reading a review I was afraid I would not get any refund/exchange but that was totally not the case!We added an extender to my garment on the spot! The seamstress did it in 5 mins. I can close my garment and it’s perfection now!I will recommend THIS STORE AND BE BACK when I need more items

I love the experience on Both North Miami Beach location as well as Hialeah. I truly cared the most for the customer service. Prior to my liposuction my company CMA, we have been sending all our clients to the North Miami location due to convenience of the location as well as great fajas with good material. When it was my turn to be the client. I went before my liposuction I was greeted and help by the lovely Yoslaine. Today was my second time going to see her. Once before and 7 weeks post lipo. I love how she listens to your needs and finds the best fajas for you. During my lipo I visited one closer to home and this was the Hialeah location. I was there helped by Margarita she was amazing. Very good with costumer service. I was giving all the information about the faja and if I need to make any changes to them as I get small. I love both experiences on the stores, they are both very clean and the ladies are helpful and friendly.

Great customer service! So many faja styles to choose from and so many post op products! They also have a seamstress for faja and clothes alterations! This store is 10/10, I would definitely come back again!

Worst customer service, if you are not sure what you are going to buy don’t buy it because they don’t refund your money. I bought a seat for my bbl and they sold me a piece of garbage and right I away I figured it out that it was not good I told them that I wanted to return it they said to me once you pay you don’t get your money back , that in my receipt said in the policy, but she kept the receipt with the policy and gave me the other one.

The worst customer service any place could possibly have. The ladies that work there make you feel bad if you don't fit into "their" sizes and then proceed to give you an attitude about it. A place like this should make their guests feel confident in what they are buying. They did far from that. Instead, they talked about their guests behind their back in spanish as if I couldn'tunderstand, like hello, we're in Miami! If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. I promise you, you are better ordering on Amazon.

I used to work here at Fajas i applied at the sunny isles beach location at the time I didn’t have transportation the store i applied at is the store I wanted to work to and they switched me to the north Miami Beach location for training when I arrived the lady Yamiska did not know anything about what she was selling she has told me to lie to the customers that is is a good and that the product is good quality. Yamiska would recommend the high price items and then if the costumer was not interested they would recommend the lower item. They would highball and then lowball costumers. And recommend teas and items that don’t work Yamiska would try to sell as much items to costumers and did not feel bad about recommending trash and costumers paying so much as long as she sold an item she would get commission she tried teaching me in Spanish and I did not understand Spanish. And the owner calls me and tells me to find another job simply because I didn’t understand and know Spanish they sell trash don’t waste ur money I’ve watched for a week do not come here and don’t spend ur money it’s nothing much sugarcoating and lies they know nothing about surgeries and healthI worked here for a week I’m so happy I left so unorganized and unprofessionalIt’s America learn English

Fajas are great already on my 3rd fajas.. I have different styles.. only thing I would say beware which location you go cause the spot in Hialeah is the worst and For me I will never do business at that location... but the north Miami spot is where I will go and the customer Serivce is so much better and they don’t wast people time and energy.. also the product is great would recommend
