They have morning and afternoon classes, limited to 6-8 people. Michelle, the owner, teaches the classes and takes excellent care of her customers.

Came here to keep up my powerlifting training on vacation because it is relatively close to sunny isles and has the right equipment (power bar, bumper plates, some dumbells). Michelle is very friendly and welcoming. Will come back if I am in Miami again!

Personal training program focuses exactly on what you would like to work on, at the time and day of your Choice. Examples include : Stretch sessions, Physical Therapy, Soft Tissue treatments, strength training, crossfit, powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and more.
Our nutritional program, you work directly with a coach who will give you a Custom Written Meal Plan that is updated everyday and every week.
