Good location right on the beach. But the hotel is dated, rooms are outdated and tired. It’s a basic hotel . Spa is non existent. Parking is expensive / valet only $38 a day and they scratched my car. Found a roach in the room as well. Definitely better options in area. Location was excellent thou. Everything is walking distance and the staff is very nice.

This hotel is located on a beautiful piece of miami beach, you are more North so it's relatively quiet and peaceful. The hotel is a little dated and our room wasn't the cleanest but it's what you could expect in a tropical area. Our thermostat was located outside of the room but I think we might have been the only room like that. I would stay here again, having a kitchen and balcony overlooking the city and beach was perfect. When you check in you get free warm cookies and they are quiet tasty. The house keepers constantly attend your room when you have the "do not disturb" sign up, so make sure you lock your door with the extra lock so they don't walk in on you. The staff at the beach/pool and reception were nice. We had an issue with our fridge and within an hour they swapped it out. The drinks at the pool are strong so you get your money's worth for the cost. We did not eat here because of all the great local eats nearby. Overall I was happy to stay here, it was great to walk to the grocery store and get Cubano sandwiches at the local joint across the street. If you are looking for a good deal for the price in Miami this is the place to go.

The hotel was good. Elevators are very slow. Beach access was Great. Very much appreciated by the early check-in.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful ocean and bay views, clean room, fast elevators. My quick overnight trip did not give me time to check out the pool or restaurants. Pricey valet parking (standard for Sunny Isles)

The stay was pleasant, the beach beautiful, the service at the beach ?️ impeccable, they are always ready to help you and attentive to all your needs, from the valet, to the Front desk Lady, Olga(see reviews below), and the waiter, Rosa, at the hotel restaurant! So great!I ENJOYED THE STAY, YOU FEEL CARED FOR ALL THE TIME! ❤️?Rooms: At first my room was not good, noisy neighbors, no balcony view, windows would not open, phone not working!!! I was upset !! But Olga at the front desk was sooo amazing she upgraded me at no extra charge to a great huge private room with a balcony with view to the beach! And she gave me 2 cookies ? !!!!Amazing????????❤️❤️❤️❤️Nearby activities: Close to great restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, Malls !Food & drinks: Food at the restaurant at the Lobby was great Rosita wad awesome!! , she always had a beautiful smile on her face, and was very efficient and professional, kept filling up my coffee mug! Breakfast with an ocean view to was delicious! ❤️

Great location but the resort is really aging. We just got here and we're here for the week, but there is no spa anymore (normally I wouldn't care but it's our honeymoon). The phone doesn't work, the jets in the tub don't work, there's a huge hole in the closet for some reason haha. The front desk offered to put in a work order but we really don't want to have people working around us while we stay. The room is pretty nice outside of that but for the price I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Location is excellent! Right on the beach and included with your room (and additional resort fee) are towels and beach chairs. The front desk attendants were very accommodating and friendly! The rooms are just average - fairly clean but cramped and definitely worn and outdated. We didn't expect daily housekeeping and were pleasantly surprised to come back to beds made and fresh towels! We had a double which was literally 2 double beds which is unusual; normally it's 2 queens. The balcony with a view was a nice bonus (see pic from 17th floor)! The bar, lobby, and outdoor seating areas were all welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner, and we had quite a wait for our breakfast even though we were seated right away. The waitstaff was very friendly, but the 2 ladies were definitely busy and could have used more help. The only parking option is valet, so be prepared for that daily charge, plus the tip each time you enter/exit. Just a head's up - the entrance for the hotel is very small, so be on the lookout as you follow your GPS. We missed it the first time and had to go around and try again (no fault of the hotel - we just missed it).

Strictly booked this location for their ocean view room and poolside bar. I was given a partial ocean view although I paid for full view. The poolside bar was closed our entire stay and looked to be completely abandoned. You could tell there was supposed to be waterfalls flowing into the hot tubs etc but they did not work. This place offers nothing but false advertising and it is extremely expensive for a run down “resort”. Not to mention you have to wait a half hour in line to simply check in and out because they are short staffed. Overall experience was awful I regret it.

Found roaches on the first night of checking in in our first 2bedroom suite (master bathroom and dining room table and curtains). We Had to go through all clothes and luggage for 2 hours and move to a 1 bed studio room at 4am just to be sure it didn’t get into our stuff. The next morning we were told by the daytime supervisor that we wouldn’t be placed near the room with the pests, after getting the new room key we found that the room was the next room, on the same floor. (Room with pest 2302 and the newly selected room was 2303-2). I had to give the keys back because we clearly stated our concerns and it was as if she dismissed them and just placed us where she thought she could instead of just communicating properly stating that they were fully booked. our last day before checkout we were able to go into a 3 bedroom suite thanks to the manager George. Sadly our whole trip was uncomfortable until the day before checkout.… every room we checked into the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Previous people in room had socks still behind the room chair, shower gel still on shower wall. Pictures attached is what was taken after getting keys from 3 different rooms that we were placed into. Hotel seems more run down now. Everytime I go to Miami we would stay here and never had this issue until this trip. Great location on Collins on the Beach. Service was good, rooms a tad outdated but nothing major to complain about. 1 bedroom suite was huge and had everything we needed. Great large balcony we used everyday. We even had access (shared with the suite next door to laundry. Housekeeping cleaned very well each day and was very nice. Front desk reps were great as well. Employees who handled the beach towels and chairs were very nice too. Loved the valet workers. Breakfast options were good. I was so happy to see healthy options such as fruits and an acaí bowl. Water available in the lobby each day plus bottled water for hilton honors guests. Had a lack of small face towels everyday and at one point had to call down 3 times before someone finally brought some up. But not a huge deal at all. We'd return on our next visit for sure. Great views.

We travel several times a year and we love coming back to this hotel. Everyone is so welcoming, George (the front desk manager) was amazing before we arrived , during our stay and when we were checking out. I called before arriving and he was able to provide guidance, during my stay I had a special request and he helped us out and then as we were checking out he stepped up again and provided assistance! Thank you George!Rooms: Rooms are spacious and cleanSafety: It’s a safe hotel and calm.

Consider another property! Room was unsafe and had baby lizards in room on the 27 floor! Not clean. Even asked them to re clean it, they missed what I asked to do. Toilet seat was broken and was stuck off center. Baseboard was coming off wall with nails sticking out, potential trip hazard. Large marks on walls and doors. Food was not good. Red flag was no one else was eating at the restaurant. Left and went to another property.They did upgrade me to this terrible room as a diamond member lol.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this resort and hotel. The location is truly amazing, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Our experience with MAX at the front desk was outstanding. He assisted us with the check-in process and even went above and beyond by upgrading our room. MAX is truly skilled in customer service and has a deep understanding of our needs and preferences. We were incredibly impressed with his professionalism and dedication. This experience has left us with high hopes for this establishment and we highly recommend it. 5 Star to MAX.

Think twice before staying at this hotel. From the check in to the check out we experienced horrible service. We had several rooms booked for a family gathering and one of my family members was forced to stay at another location. In addition, our rooms were not ready by check in and there was only one person at the front desk that was helpful The only good part about our stay were the two bartenders Diane at the pool bar and Daniel at the lobby bar. They were very nice and provided great service. If you are looking for a hassle free hotel this is not the one to book, the elevators were super slow, and the check in process was horrible. My mother has also worked for a Hilton for over 35 years, and this is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced.

They were pretty good location. You can access it right away from the beach.I was a bit upset with the employee at the front desk. She was very rude whenever I asked thru the phone or directly to her...I am not sure because of her English or not.... anyway, even when I asked to find my Amazon package, she said she couldn't find my name on the list(there was my name on the other page)and asked me if the delivery was right.(delivery time, or location...however, everything was right.)She even talked to another employee after telling me to stop talking!!! The hotel was very noisy during the day due to construction, but she did not apologize about anything, saying that there would be noise in any room so they can't change my room only that reason(but it was impossible to talk each other at the room because of noise)and that their construction would be done properly without any notice.The other employees were pretty good, especially the employees at the entrance of the beach.Also, they don't have any spa... so if you are willing to do it, check other place....Noteworthy details: They don't have a spa.
