On sunday 22 october i was buying cereals as usual and i saw a bunch expired on march and september 2023!!! This happened to me 2 times before so now y double check! I saw the manager on duty at 10:30 am snd tokd her and she answered the warehouse send it to us. So, is that mean that nobody check the merch while restocking????? BE AWARE ON EVERY ITEM YOU BUY AT THIS STORE AT SKYLAKE NORTH MIAMI!!!!

I have been going to this CVS for more than 10 years since the COVID-19 and the change the staff became the worst pharmacy ever . Even when they text you to pick the medication it's still not ready I have tried to get my daughter medication for two days now and it is still not complete

Move to this area about a year ago and visit CVS and other pharmacies often, but I've come to notice every time I come here I'm always welcomed and greeted warmly by the manager Sulema. There aren't many people who go to work and give it their all nowadays. But you can tell that Sulema has your genuine interest at heart. the rest of the employees are amazing as well.

Like anyone else, I shop a lot. I love coming to this specific CVS because of the service I receive but, most notably, the care I receive from associates. Sulema is the kindest person. It can be the most minor thing, and she will be there to help you. She always makes me feel welcome and takes the extra step to go above and beyond.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There's nothing worse than having a sick family member that needs a medication and to feel like no one wants to help. To begin with, the CVS website states that this location has a 24 hour pharmacy. In fact, there were several pharmacies in the area that say they should be open 24 hours a day and are not. Nonetheless, when I realized that my pharmacy was closed and I could not get the medication, I called this location to have it transferred. I spoke to a young lady who told me they closed at 7 PM. I mentioned that my GPS stated I would get there right before closing. I rushed over, made it to the store at 6:58, but not only was the pharmacy drive-thru closed but the window was also closed.

As a customer I have never witness such horrible customer service like I witness it today, picked up my prescription in the pharmacy the rudest people ever don’t ever go to this place the girl with the glasses they told me her name was maria along with most of the pharmacy staff just rude and were telling people prescriptions weren’t ready when in fact they were but since they were so disorganized and rude they were telling people to come back and talking back to customers what kind of staff you guys have in this place cvs should be a shame! along with the big tarp hanging of the ceiling for repairs cause the roof is leaking wow this was beyond me never again.

The ladies were super pleasant. The minute I seem to be wandering, they offered assistance and walked me directly to the product I was searching for. Super pleasant experience. So easy going. Check out smooth as well.

This is the worst pharmacy in Miami, there is not a single technician who provides good customer service, even the manager named Arthur, the way they treat patients is horrible, customer service is horrible, I have never seen such bad service , and we the patients are the ones who provide them with work, I do not recommend this pharmacy and I suggest that they fire them all and put new staff

I love this CVS, I can always count on it to find what I’m looking for. The store is clean and the shelves are always well stocked. An employee by the name of Sulema truly stands out. She’s always greeting customers and is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

The worst CVS, and it sad because it’s the closest one to my house. The biggest lines, employees are either slow or don’t care. Let’s change this CVS to a Walgreens ?

The automated customer service thru telephony NEEDS to be improved ! The actual customer service NEEDS to be upgraded ! Please cvs ! As a franchise ! You are a pharmacy ! People have medical emergencies and after the wait times and confusion from systems plus rudeness of actual representative to hang up is just a Travesty ! Please please please ! Up your protocol and standards !

Be sure to plan lots of time to try to pay and leave. Restore they needed self check out it’s this place. 12 people in line one cashier, then cashiers finally start to show up when you’re down to six people in line. Cashier says next but then picks up the phone, and everybody behind you gets to go while she deals with the phone call. I look at the manager and say don’t say next call me up and then ignore me it’s not right. She responds I’ll take care of you right after this next customer. So in essence I should’ve just gone to the end of the line. There are no words to explain the frustration CVS brings me. if I can get all my meds by mail, I would never have to come into this establishment again.
