I always have NO issues...the pharmacy tech named Cailin is always friendly, nice, efficient, great customer service. He helped me get a discount on my medication because I didn't have insurance. Thank you so much for helping me save money...I really appreciate it ?

I want to Talk about the Pharmacist Team, i don't understand Why the Old looking like Indian lady still working there? she is Lazy, doesn't understand English ..** well maybe she doesn't want to understand you **; *** Worst Ever Customer Service***, You not even finish, she already say Next Person... WTH?

Pharmacy Department is a disaster. I had 3 bad times to pick up my medications and another for my daughter... Too bad I don't remember the name of the lady who is always at the pharmacy. It's a disaster. AND I HAD TO TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS ELSEWHERE AND THEY HAD IT AND THEY CALLED ME TO PICK IT UP.

On sunday 22 october i was buying cereals as usual and i saw a bunch expired on march and september 2023!!! This happened to me 2 times before so now y double check! I saw the manager on duty at 10:30 am snd tokd her and she answered the warehouse send it to us. So, is that mean that nobody check the merch while restocking????? BE AWARE ON EVERY ITEM YOU BUY AT THIS STORE AT SKYLAKE NORTH MIAMI!!!!

I have been going to this CVS for more than 10 years since the COVID-19 and the change the staff became the worst pharmacy ever . Even when they text you to pick the medication it's still not ready I have tried to get my daughter medication for two days now and it is still not complete
