This atm is not business ready. It's a Toy! In the process of
Depositing cash, the machine ate the cash made wait 4 minutes as it was processing only to spit out the cash with a "sorry no cash deposits accepted at this time". Well why was it available for cash deposit, then canceled my transaction midway? You made me hog up the lane all the way to the street juncture. This atm choses to only work whenever it feels like working. This atm is seldom business ready.

This Chase branch is excellent. People here are very nice. I was attended by Ms Schelda an she was very professional and excellent customer services!

Every time I stop at this bank there’s something wrong with the atm and there’s never a way to get inside for the atm after hours because the scanner for the card never works. Ridiculous.

The worst experience in this bank, more in that branch, they have a terrible service and the staff is incapable of being able to solve the client's need with an appointment and still wait 2 hours, they ask for so many requirements for bad service.
