My dentist used this lab for my 2 front teeth crowns. They didn't do a good job. The first time the crowns were very yellow, the second time the color was right but the crowns were odd looking, uneven shaped. My dentist told me she would try one more time so she sent them back. The last time one crown was whiter than the other one. They fixed one crown but not the other one. I only needed one but chose to do the other tooth so that both would look the same. I ended up with 2 different color and uneven crowns. My dentist refused to redo them. How hard is it to make 2 crowns look the same? If I were my dentist I would switch lab.
