We waited and waited while none of the deadlines were met. Then we waited again through numerous rounds of strike-offs to get the pattern right, but never did. Shima was like a gift from heaven. She knows her business and is very skilled at creating every type of rug. She delivered exactly when she said she would, kept us informed, and we happily received our new rug right on time.
