On the morning of 10/08/24 , which was my birthday and I wanted to go and buy something to wear to feel better about myself and as soon as I walked in the store, I used the restroom and then went ahead to shop. I was on my phone and noticed I was being followed around. I got extremely annoyed and asked the Hispanic lady who was following, was she the manager and she replied “yes”. I then asked her name and she told me Alyssa . I immediately stopped browsing the store and headed to the checkout. She then hurried to the checkout, without even turning on the light and properly signing on to her register, she looks at me and says “next” . I send the lady from behind to proceed , because at this point I’m feeling discriminated against! The other cashier was still with another customer so unfortunately, I had to go to her (Alyssa) . She gave me the nastiest attitude and had the clothes that I was purchasing all on the dirty couter(in which I took pictures) and stated to her please do not place the clothes down on the counter because it was dirty… and she continued folding the clothes and looking at me disrespectfully in my eyes. I am here to report this to your company and will be taking further steps.

very large clothing and beauty products store, located alongside several other stores. It brings together a lot of brands, and the prices are very affordable. the service is very good and the clothes especially are of good quality.

Had a job interview scheduled over the phone and nobody called me, so I called the store only to be told that they weren't hiring at all. Waste of my time. I could have been looking for other jobs. This company is woke trash anyway. Hope they go bankrupt.
